영아교사의 학력, 경력, 민감성, 교수효능감 및 어린이집 기관풍토와 교사-영아 상호작용 간의 구조분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 영아교사의 교사-영아 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 변인에 대한 이해를 위하여 교사의 학력, 경력, 민감성, 교수효능감 및 어린이집 기관풍토와 교사-영아 상호작용 간 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 서울과 경기도 소재 어린이집 영아반 담임교사 233명을 연구대상으로 하였으며, 조사기간은 2018년 8월 1달간이었다. SPSS를 이용하여 연구도구의 내적합치도를 산출하고, 기술통계 분석과 상관분석을 하였으며, 변인 간 관계 분석을 위하여 Mplus로 측정모형 분석과 구조모형 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 영아교사의 민감성은 교사-영아 상호작용에 가장 큰 직접 영향을 미치는 변인이었으며, 다음으로 영아교사의 교수효능감이 교사-영아 상호작용에 직접 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영아교사의 경력은 교수효능감에 직접 영향을 미치고, 교사-영아 상호작용에 간접 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기관풍토는 교사-영아 상호작용에 직접 영향을 미치지는 않으나 교수효능감과 민감성에 대한 영향과 상관을 고려할 때 교사-영아 상호작용에 간접적인 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed structural relationships among infant teachers’ academic background, career, sensitivity, teaching efficacy, daycare centers’ organizational climate, and teacher-infant interactions in order to get a comprehensive grasp of teacher variables affecting teacher-infant interactions. Participants were 233 teachers of one- or two-year-olds who attended daycare centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. And survey was conducted in August 2018. Internal consistency, descriptive statistics, and correlation analyses were firstly conducted on the collected data using SPSS, followed by measurement and structure model analyses using Mplus to investigate the relationships among input variables. Structure model analyses revealed following results: First, sensitivity had the biggest direct effect on teacher-infant interactions, followed by teaching efficacy. Second, infant teachers’ career showed a direct effect on teaching efficacy and indirect effects on teacher-infant interactions. Third, daycare centers’ organizational climate had no direct effect on teacher-infant interactions, but seemed to affect indirectly teacher-infant interactions taking its effects on and correlations with teaching efficacy and sensitivity into consideration.
