임상간호사의 구강건강에 대한 인식 및 구강건강관련 삶의 질 수준

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 임상간호사의 구강건강인식과 구강건강관련 삶의 질 수준에 관하여 조사하고자 한다. 본 연구는 2017년 7월 20일부터 2017년 8월 31일까지 G 광역시에 위치한 일병원에서 근무하는 임상간호사 141명을 대상으로 일반적 특성, 구강 건강인식도, 구강건강관련 삶의 질 수준이 포함된 설문지를 자가 보고식으로 작성하였다. 모든 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 t검정, 일원분산분석, 상관분석으로 통계처리 하였다. 연구결과는 임상간호사의 구강건강인식은 근무연수에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 임상간호사의 구강건강관련 삶의 질은 최종학력에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 임상간호사의 구강건강인식도와 구강건강관련 삶의 질 수준은 r=-.018로 음적 선형관계를 보였다. 임상간호사의 구강건강인식과 구강건강관련 삶의 질 수준을 높이기 위해서는 임상간호사를 대상으로 올바른 구강건강관리와 구강보건지식 등을 포함한 다양한 구강보건교육 프로그램이 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the oral health perception and oral health-related quality of life among clinical nurse. This study was a self-report questionnaire of 141 clinical nurses working at a hospital located in G metropolitan city from July 20, 2017 to August 31, 2017. Questionnaires consisted of subjects general characteristics, oral health perception, and oral health-related quality of life. The data were analyzed statistically with independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson s correlation coefficient by using SPSS 18.0. Results showed that clinical nurses oral health perceptions was significantly different according to their career. Clinical nurses oral health related quality of life was found to be significantly different in the education. The oral health perception showed a negative linear relationship of r=-.018 with the oral health-related quality of life. In order to improve the oral health perception and oral health-related quality of life of clinical nurses, various oral health education programs including clinical dental care and oral health knowledge should be performed for clinical nurses.
