국문 초록

본 연구는 I 시 소재 간호 대학생을 대상으로 목표 중심 시나리오(Goal-based scenario)기반 두개내압상승(Increased Intracranial Pressure)환자 간호 시뮬레이션의 교육 효과를 분석한 유사 실험 연구이다. 연구방법은 2017년 4월부터 2018년 4월까지 실험군 20명과 대조군 20명으로 나누어 IICP 환자 간호 시뮬레이션 학습 후 구조화된 설문지를 통해 학습과 관련된 지식, 간호 수행 능력, 학습설계 만족도, 학습 만족도, 수행 자신감을 조사하여 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 통계프로그램을 이용하여 각 변수의 평균, 표준편차, t-test 및 상관관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과 GBS 기반 IICP 환자 간호 시뮬레이션 교육을 받은 실험군이 간호 수행 능력, 학습설계 만족도, 학습 만족도가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 GBS 기반 학습 모델이 시뮬레이션 교육에 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 제한적인 임상실습상황이나, 중환자 간호 등의 다양한 상황에 적합한 시뮬레이션 교육모델의 개발을 제언하는 바이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Goal-based Scenario(GBS) simulations on knowledge, perfomance, learning design satisfaction, learning satisfaction and perfromance confidence in the nursing care of patients with increasing intracranial pressure(IICP). The study was tow-group post study design. Participants of this study were 40 nursing students in I-city, 20 participants in the control group and 20 participants in the experimental group, Experimental group were given GBS simulation learning. and control group were given simulatioln learning. Data collection was from April 2017 to April 2018. After the IICP patient nursing simulation study, structured questionnaires were used to participants. Data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical program by frequency, percentage, t-test and correlation. As a result, the experimental group with IICP patient nursing simulation training based on GBS showed significantly higher nursing performance, learning design satisfaction, and learning satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that GBS - based learning model is effective for simulation education. In addition, we suggest the development of a simulation training model suitable for various situations such as limited clinical practice situation and critical care nursing.
