국문 초록

초, 중, 고등학생들의 문화적 소양과 인성, 그리고 감성계발 등 창의적 인재를 육성하기 위해 전문적인 문화예술교육 강사가 교육현장에서 활동하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 문화예술교육 강사가 지각한 공정성 인식이 교육 활동에 어떠한 영향을 미치 는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이에 공정성과 냉소주의 그리고 역할 내 활동에 어떤 관계가 있는지 검증하였다. 또한, 공정성과 역할 내 활동 간의 관계에서 냉소주의의 매개 효과를 검증하였다. 자료수집은 2017년 11월 1일부터 11월 29일까지 온라인을 통해 설문을 실시하였다. 그리고 수집된 자료의 처리는 SPSS와 AMOS를 활용하였다. 이에 대한 연구결과 첫째, 문화예술교육 강사가 지각한 공정성은 역할 내 활동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 문화예술교육 강사가 지각한 공정성은 냉소주의에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 문화예술교육 강사가 지각한 냉소주의는 역할 내 활동에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 문화예술교육 강사가 지각한 냉소주의는 공정성과 역할 내 활동에 매개 효과가 나타났다.

영문 초록

The primary purpose of teaching artists, from the elementary to high school level, is to cultivate and nurture the creative talents and abilities of students, through promoting a knowledge and appreciation of art, and especially the development of the imagination, personality development and artistic sensitivity. Therefore, this study focuses on examining how the recognition of fairness by the teaching artists influenced the performance of teaching artists in the classroom. In this regard, this study aims to see how perception of fairness and organizational cynicism affect the role of teaching artists in the program. And also this study verified the effect of moderating role of cynicism toward fairness and in role behavior. Data collection was conducted in November 1st , 2017 to 29th using online survey. And collected data was processed using SPSS and AMOS program. The result of this study is as follows; First, fairness have positive effects on in role behavior of teaching artists in schools. Second, fairness have negative effects on cynicism of teaching artist in schools. Third, cynicism have negative effects on in role behavior of teaching artists in schools. Fourth, cynicism have mediating effect between fairness and in role behavior of teaching artists in schools.
