인성함양을 위한 고등학교 스포츠클럽 운영 우수사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 체육교육혁신형 창의경영학교 운영에서 학교스포츠클럽 우수운영 사례로 선정된 고등학교의 운영 프로그램 전개과정을 기술하고 프로그램에서 나타나는 교육적 효과를 알아보는데 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 충북에 소재한 C고등학교를 선정하여 스포츠클럽을 운영하는 전개과정의 특징을 기술하고 효과성을 질적 연구를 통해 분석하였다. 2014년 약 8개월 동안 고등학교에서 근무하고 있는 2명의 교사와 3명의 학생을 연구참여자로 선정하여 비참여관찰, 심층면담, 일지와 수업소감문과 같은 문서수집, 개방형 설문 등을 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 사례기록과 귀납적 범주분석 방법을 통한 내용분석 등 질적 연구방법에 의거하여 사례연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 학교스포츠클럽 전개과정의 특징은 학교스포츠클럽 조직의 체계화, 체육환경의 선진화, 교내 학교스포츠클럽간의 대회 개최와 같은 프로그램의 다양화, 지도의 효율화, 운영의 전문화 등을 운영목표로 설정하고 있었다. 그리고 전인적 성장을 유도하기 위해 검도를 통한 인성교육 프로그램, 바둑과 종목별 전술 강습회를 통한 창의교육 프로그램, 체대입시 활동을 통한 진로 교육, 저체력 비만학생을 위한 맞춤형 건강증진 프로그램, 학교스포츠클럽연합회 조직 및 자율적 운영시스템 구축, 학교스포츠클럽 활성화를 위한 환경조성 등 이었다. 학교스포츠클럽 운영효과는 ‘경기력과 기능수준 향상’, ‘동료학생, 교사와 유대감 강화’, ‘협동심과 친밀한 관계형성’으로 분류되었다.

영문 초록

The aim of this research is to delineate the development process of high school operation programs chosen as the excellent cases of Extra-Curricular School Sport Club(ECSSC) in the operation of creative school management for innovative physical education, and recognize educational effect and meaning of the programs. To achieve the research goal, we chose C high school in Chungbuk province, described the feature of development process in ECSSC operation, and analysed the effectiveness via qualitative research. For the research methods, we chose two teachers and three students from that high school as research participants for 8 months in 2014. Data was collected through the observation of nonparticipants, in-depth interviews, the collection of papers such as school documents, and notes of lecture evaluation, and open surveys, etc. The data was analyzed for the case study based on qualitative research methods including the record of case, inductive category analysis, and the findings are as follows. The featured development process of ECSSC aimed for instruction efficiency, operation specialization, and the diversification of programs such as systematization of ECSSC, advancement of physical environment, and contest organization for ECSSC. To induce whole-person education, use of the following programs was suggested. the character development program by Kendo, the creative education program by Baduk and short strategy course for each game, activities for career path education to enter a college of physical education, a customized health enhancement program for students who are obese and have low physical energy, the organization of ECSSC and its autonomous operation system, and the environment preparation for the activation of ECSSC. The operation effect of ECSSC was sorted as enhancement of athletic performance and function standard, fellowship reinforcement of fellow students and teachers, and formation of team work spirit and close relationship.
