반성적 성찰기법 활용을 통한 예비교사의 수업설계 능력 향상 전략 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비교사를 위한 반성적 성찰기법을 활용한 수업설계 능력 향상 전략을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 실천연구 방법을 적용하여 예비교사의 수업 설계과정 및 절차에서 발생하는 실제적 어려움과 문제점을 이론적 고찰을 통해서 밝혀보고, 이를 해결하기 위해 다양한 수업설계능력 향상 전략, 반성적 성찰 기법 및 도구를 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구결과 도출된 반성적 성찰기법 활용을 통한 수업설계 능력 향상 전략은 첫째, 수업설계 준비, 실행, 평가의 세 단계로 나누어 수업설계 과정 및 절차, 각 과정별 핵심내용, 그리고 활용 가능한 반성적 성찰기법 및 도구를 통합 구조화하여 제시하였다. 둘째, 수업설계의 세 단계에 따라 세부 수업설계 과정 별로 반성적 성찰도구를 활용한 수업설계 능력 향상을 위한 구체적인 실천전략을 제시하였다. 셋째, 예비교사의 수업과 수업설계에서 발생하는 이론과 실천의 괴리, 통 합의 어려움을 해결하기 위해 이론적 이해와 실제적 실천 간의 연계전략을 포함하고 있다. 이러한 수업설계 능력 향상 전략은 예비교사를 지도하게 될 교수자(지도교사)에게 예비 교사들이 실제 수업을 설계하고 실행할 때 무엇을 준비해야 하고, 어떠한 고려 및 주의사항을 지원하고 안내해야 하는지에 대한 실제적 지침이나 정보를 제공 해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 예비교사 양성 교육과정이나 교육프로그램을 설계하거나 개발하고자 할 때 필요한 자료나 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop the strategies for improving instructional design competencies of the pre-teacher through using self-reflexive reflection techniques. Theses strategies for improving instructional design competencies were developed with action research that based on literature reviews, reflective journal, and depth interviews. This study produced several results. First, the strategies have three steps (preparation, implementation, evaluation of instructional design) that include the processes and procedures needed for instructional design, the core content of each process, a self-reflexive reflection techniques and tool. Second, the specific practice strategies of three steps are suggested to improve instructional design competencies of Pre-teacher through using self-reflexive reflection techniques. Third, these strategies include that the theoretical understanding and practical linkages between the strategy practice to solve the difficulties of integrating and distance of theory and practice does in the lesson and instructional design of pre-teacher. These strategies for improving instructional design competencies of pre-teachers developed through this research provide guidelines and information for teachers or professor, what pre-teachers need in instructional design and implement. Also, these strategies give useful information and resources, when people design and develop curriculum and program for pre-teacher.
