국문 초록

본 연구는 대학에서의 성공적인 학습을 위해 필요한 요인에 대한 대학생들의 중요도와 실행도 인식을 파악하고, 중요도와 실행도의 차이가 학점, 학업 만족도, 학업 스트레스, 그리고 수업 참여에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 선행연구를 통해 대학에서의 성공적인 학습을 위해 필요한 요인들을 도출하고, 이에 대한 학생들의 중요도와 실행도 인식을 알아보기 위해 수도권에 위치한 S대학 학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 총 2,135명의 자료를 바탕으로 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 분석하여 학습관련 요구도를 파악한 결과, 자기주도적인 태도, 학습 방해 요소 차단, 충분한 학습 시간 확보에 있어 학생들의 요구가 높았다. 성별과 학년에 따른 요구의 차이는 크지 않았다. 학습에 필요한 요인에 대한 중요도와 실행도 인식 차이는 학점, 학업 만족도, 학업 스트레스에 전반적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났다. 또한 중요도와 실행도의 일치가 높은 집단은 그렇지 않은 집단보다 전반적으로 수업 참여를 더 잘한다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과는 학생의 요구도 파악 을 통해 대학생들의 학습력 향상을 위한 학습 지원의 방향 및 지원 전략에 대한 시사점을 제시한다.

영문 초록

The current study examined university students perception of the importance and execution of necessary factors for successful study at university. It also investigated whether the difference between students perception of importance and execution impacts on academic achievement, satisfaction, and stress. The data were collected from 2,135 students attending at S university in Seoul. The results of the study showed that students are in need of developing self-directed attitude, obtaining sufficient study time, and blocking factors which disturb learning. There was no significant difference according to gender and grade. It was revealed that in general, consistency between the importance and execution of necessary factors for successful study has a significant impact on academic achievement, satisfaction, and stress. In addition, it was found that a group who has high consistency between the importance and execution is more excellent in classroom participation than a group who has discrepancy between them. The results of the study suggest priorities for support to improve students learning competency and provide implications for the strategies of the support.
