문제중심학습(PBL) 교수법을 적용한 수업이 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력과 의사소통능력, 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 문제중심학습 교수법을 적용한 수업이 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력과 의사소통능력, 학업적자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위함이다. 방법 연구대상은 전남 소재 S 대학교 간호학과 학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료수집 기간은 2023년 9월 6일부터 12월 6일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Windows 20.0 Program을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 기술통계 분석, 상관관계 분석, 대응표본 t-test 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 문제중심 학습방법 적용 수업이 간호대학생들의 자기주도 학습능력과 의사소통능력, 학업적 자기효능감에 모두 통계적으로 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 각 변수의 하위영역을 분석 결과, 자기주도 학습능력의 인식능력, 학습전략, 학습활동, 학습평가, 대인관계기술, 학업적 자기효능감의 자신감, 자기조절효능, 과제난이도 선호에서도 모두 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 최근 대두되고 있는 문제중심학습 교수법을 교과과정에 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후, 이러한 교수학습방법을 다양한 환경과 학생들의 수준을 고려하여 교과과정에 적용하고, 그에 따른 효과를 확인하는 연구와 다양한 변수들을 추가한 광범위한 연구가 필요하리라 본다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of flipped learning teaching and learning method on self-directed learning ability, communication ability, and academic self-efficacy of nursing college students. Methods The subjects of this study were nursing students at S University in Jeonnam, and the data collection period was from September 6, 2023 to December 6, 2023.,The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and paired t-test using SPSS Windows 20.0 Program. Results It was confirmed that the flipped learning method applied class had statistically significant effects on self-directed learning ability, communication ability, and academic self-efficacy of nursing college students.,Also, as a result of analyzing sub-areas of each variable, it was found that there was a significant effect in the recognition ability, learning strategy, learning activity, learning evaluation, interpersonal skills, confidence of academic self-efficacy, self-regulation efficacy, and preference of task difficulty. Conclusions This study is significant in that it verified the effectiveness by applying the problem-based learning teaching method that has recently emerged to the curriculum, and in the future, it is expected that this teaching and learning method will be applied to the curriculum in consideration of various environments and students' levels, and extensive research will be needed to confirm the effectiveness and to add various variables.
