재가노인의 죽음불안이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 요인

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 재가노인을 대상으로 심리적 안녕감에 대한 죽음불안의 영향 관계에서 심리사회적스트레스의 매개효과를 검증함에 있다. 첫째, 재가노인의 죽음불안은 심리적 안녕감에 부적(-)인 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 죽음불안의 하위변인 중에 죽음과정의 불안과 사후결과의 불안은 심리적안녕감에 부적(-)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 둘째, 죽음불안은 매개변수인 심리사회적 스트레스에 부적(-)인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 죽음불안의 하위요인 중 죽음과정의 불안과 사후결과의 불안은 심리사회적 스트레스에 부적(-)인 영향을 보였다. 반면 존재상실의 불안은 심리사회적 스트레스에 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 심리사회적 스트레스는 죽음불안과 심리적 안녕감 간을 매개하는 것을 규명하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 노년기의 심리사회적 스트레스가 경감되면 심리적 안녕감이 높아진다는 결과이다. 그러므로 재가노인의 심리적 안녕감의 향상을 위해서는 인식변화와 제도적 지원과 대책, 관련 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of a sense of self-integration in the relationship between death anxiety the qualit psychological well-being for the elderly people in their homes. First, it was found that death anxiety of the elderly at home had a negative (-) effect on psychological well-being. In addition, it was verified that among the sub-variables of death anxiety, anxiety in the death process and anxiety in the post-consequence had a negative (-) effect on psychological well-being. Second, it was found that death anxiety had a negative (-) effect on psychosocial stress, a parameter. In addition, among the sub-factors of death anxiety, anxiety in the death process and anxiety in the outcome after death showed a negative (-) effect on psychosocial stress. On the other hand, it was confirmed that the anxiety of loss of existence had no significant effect on psychosocial stress. Third, it was found that psychological stress mediates death anxiety and psychological well-being. These research results are the results of increased psychological well-being when psychosocial stress in old age is reduced.
