코로나 팬데믹에 처한 학생들의 학교적응 목적의 무용동작 치료에 대한 교사 인식의 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 코로나 팬데믹에 처한 학생들의 학교적응을 목적으로 시행된 무용동작치료에 대한교사의 인식을 심층적으로 이해하고 탐구하는 데 있다. 연구 참여자들은 20대~50대의 남녀 초등학교교사를 대상으로 하였다. 코로나 팬데믹 상황에서 학생들의 학교적응을 위한 무용동작치료 프로그램의교사들의 경험의 본질적 의미를 알아내기 위하여 Giorgi의 현상학적 질적연구 방법에 따라 인터뷰와 분석이 이루어졌다. 분석결과, 17개의 의미단위와 7개의 주제, 3개의 본질 특성으로 범주화되었다. 본질특성은 ‘코로나 팬데믹 이후 학교적응의 방해요인’, ‘학교적응 문제와 해결방안으로의 무용동작치료’, ‘무용동작치료를 통한 학생들의 학교적응력 향상’으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 코로나 팬데믹 상황에서 학생들의 학교적응을 위한 무용동작치료 프로그램을 시행한 교사들의 경험을 이해하기 위한 논의를 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to in-depth understanding and exploration of teachers' perceptions of movement therapy implemented for the purpose of school adaptation of students in the Corona pandemic. The study participants were male and female elementary school teachers in their 20s and 50s. Interviews and analysis were conducted according to Giorgi's phenomenological and qualitative research method to find out the essential meaning of the teachers' experiences of the movement therapy program for students' school adaptation in the Corona pandemic situation. As a result of the analysis, it was categorized into 17 semantic units, 7 subjects, and 3 essential characteristics. The essential characteristics were 'factors hindering school adaptation after the corona pandemic', 'dance movement therapy as a school adaptation problem and solution', and 'improvement of students' ability to adapt to school through dance and movement therapy'. Based on these research results, a discussion was conducted to understand the experiences of teachers who implemented a dance and movement therapy program for students to adapt to school in the context of the Corona pandemic.
