국문 초록

본 연구는 대학 비교과 프로그램에 대한 학생 인식 및 요구를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의연구대상은 k대학교 학생이며 설문지를 활용하여 2022년 1월 4일부터 1월 14일까지 자료를 수집하고SPSS를 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상의 48%가 홍보 리플렛을 통해서비교과 프로그램에 대한 정보를 획득하였다. 둘째, 연구대상의 74%가 참여형 교육방식을 선호하였다. 셋째, 연구대상의 87%가 교수자에 대해 만족한다고 응답하였다. 넷째, 연구대상의 50%가 비대면 운영방식을 선호하였다. 다섯째, 연구대상의 84%가 비교과 프로그램에 대해 전반적으로 만족하였다. 여섯째, 연구대상의 84%가 비교과 프로그램 참여후 관련 역량이 향상되었다고 응답하였다. 본 연구는 대학비교과 프로그램에 대한 학생 인식 및 요구를 분석하고 비교과 프로그램 개발 및 운영을 위한 방향을제시하였다는 점에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze student's perceptions and needs for university extra curricular programs. The subject of this study is university k students and data were collected from January 4 to January 14, 2022 using questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. The research results are as follows. First, 48% of the study subjects obtained information of the extra curricular program through the publicity leaflet. Second, 74% of the study subjects preferred the participatory education. Third, 87% of the study subjects answered that they were satisfied with the instructor. Fourth, 50% of the study subjects preferred the non-face-to-face operation. Fifth, 84% of the study subjects were overall satisfied with the extra curricular program. Sixth, 84% of the study subjects answered that their competencies improved after participating in the extra curricular program. This study is meaningful in that it analyzes student perceptions and needs for extra curricular programs and suggests directions for the development and operation of extra curricular programs.
