고정희 초기시에 나타난 실존의식 연구

국문 초록

본고의 목적은 고정희 초기시에 나타난 실존의식 을 ‘ ’ 되짚어보고 시세계의 전개 과정을 다져나가는 데있다. 주지하다시피 고정희에 대한 논의는 ‘여성주의 문학의 선구자’라는 평가와 함께 후기시를 중심으로 전개되었다. 그에 따라 초기시는 후시기로 나아가기 위한 과정의 일부이자 한계로 놓이기도 한다. 다만 중요한 것은 초기시는 고정희 시세계의 ‘출발점’임을 염두에 두어야 한다. 따라서 본고는 고정희 시세계의 중핵이라고 할 수 있는 ‘민중’과 ‘여성’에 거리를 두고 ‘실존의식’을 중심으로 접근하였다. 고정희가 언급한 바 있듯 초기시는 실존에 대한 문제를 다룬다. 이에 대한 언급은이루어진 편이나 본격적인 논의는 비교적 이루어지지 않았다. 본고는 고정희의 실존의식 형성 배경을먼저 살펴본 뒤 구체적인 양상으로써 ‘초월론적 인식’과 그 실천을 살펴본다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to look back on the ‘consciousness of existence’ that appeared in Goh Jung-hee’s early poetry and to solidify the development process of the poetic world. As is well known, the discussion of Goh Jung-hee was centered on late poetry with the evaluation that she was a 'pioneer of feminist literature'. Accordingly, early poetry is placed as a part and limit of the process to advance to the later period. However, it is important to keep in mind that early poetry is the ‘starting point’ of Goh Jung-hee’s poetic world. Therefore, this paper approached with a focus on ‘consciousness of existence’ while distanced from ‘Minjung’ and ‘Women’, who can be said to be the core of Goh Jung-hee’s poetic world. As directly mentioned by Goh Jung-hee, the early poetry deals with the problem of existence. Although there has been a mention of this, there has been relatively little discussion in earnest. This paper first examines the background of Goh Jung-hee’s formation of consciousness of existence and then examines ‘transcendental recognition’ and its practice as a concrete aspect.
