국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 COVID-19로 인한 수업 방식의 변화에 따라 간호대학생 중 실습유경험자를 대상으로 학업적 자기효능감, 의사소통 명확성, 의사소통 자신감, 자기결정성 학습동기가 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 데 있다. 방법 연구 기간은 2021년 5월 2일부터 24일까지로 3개 대학교의 간호학과에 재학 중인 224명을 편의 표집하였다. 자료분석은 IBM SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 5개의 변수를 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, Multiple Regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 대상자의 임상 수행능력은 보통보다 높은 수준이었으며, 각 영역별 점수에서 간호기술과 대인관계/의사소통이 가장 높았다. 일반적 특성에 따른 임상수행 능력은 임상수행 만족도, 성인간호학 실습 유무, 전공만족도, 임상실습 만족도, 학업성취 정도에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 학업적 자기효능감, 의사소통 명확성, 의사소통 자신감, 자기 결정성 동기와 임상 수행 능력이 정적 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 임상 실습 만족도, 학업적 자기효능감, 의사소통 명확성, 의사소통 자신감이 임상 수행능력의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 COVID-19 상황에서 간호대학생의 제한된 환경에서 임상 수행능력을 높이기 위해서는 학업적 자기효능감을 증진시키고 현장에 필요한 의사소통 명확성과 자신감 향상이 필요하다. 이 같은 요소를 향상시키기 위해서는 체계적으로 구성된 교내실습과 임상상황과 유사한 시뮬레이션 실습 프로그램을 개발, 적용하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of academic self-efficacy, communication clarity, communication confidence, and self-determination learning motivation on clinical competence of nursing students in the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Methods From May 2-24, 2021, this study surveyed total 224 students enrolled in the Department of Nursing Science in three universities through the convenience sampling method. Using the IBM SPSS 25.0 Statistical Program for data analysis, total five variables were analyzed by using the descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression. Results The clinical competence of research subjects was higher than the moderate level, and in the score of each area, the nursing technique and interpersonal relationship/communication were the highest. The clinical competence according to the general characteristics showed statistically significant differences according to the clinical performance satisfaction, matter of receiving the practice of adult healthy nursing, major satisfaction, clinical practice satisfaction, and academic achievement. The academic self-efficacy, communication clarity, communication confidence, and self-determination learning motivation had positive correlations with clinical competence. The clinical practice satisfaction, academic self-efficacy, communication clarity, and communication confidence had effects on clinical competence. Conclusions In order to increase the clinical competence of nursing students in the limited environment under the COVID-19 pandemic situation, it would be necessary to enhance the academic self-efficacy, and also to improve the communication clarity and confidence required in field. To improve such elements, it would be also needed to develop/apply the systematic simulation practice program similar to intramural practice and clinical situation.
