국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 애착 불안과 애착 회피가 양육 불안에 미치는 영향에서 지각된 배우자 지지와 자기자비의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 방법 유아 자녀를 둔 어머니 349명을 대상으로 애착 불안 척도, 애착 회피 척도, 양육 불안 척도, 지각된 배우자지지 척도, 자기자비 척도를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 데이터의 통계분석은 SPSS 22.0 및 Amos 22.0을 활용하여 구조방정식 모형 검증 방법을 사용하였으며, 매개효과의 통계적 유의성을 확인하기 위해 Bootstrapping을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 애착 불안과 애착 회피와 양육 불안의 관계에서 지각된 배우자 지지의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 둘째, 애착 불안과 양육 불안과의 관계에서 자기 자비의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 셋째, 애착 불안과 애착 회피가 양육 불안에 미치는 영향에서 지각된 배우자 지지와 자기 자비의 이중매개효과를 확인하였다. 결론 애착 불안과 애착 회피와 양육 불안의 관계에서 지각된 배우자 지지와 자기자비가 매개역할 하는 것을 확인함으로써 양육 불안과 관련된 각 변인들의 관계에 대한 이론적이고 경험적인 증거를 마련하였으며, 양육 불안을 치료하는 상담 실제에서의 효과적인 치료적 가설과 개입을 위한 정보를 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of Perceived Marital Support and Self-Compassion on the effects of Attachment Anxiety and Attachment Avoidance on Parenting Anxiety. Methods For this purpose, data were collected using the Attachment Anxiety Scale, Attachment Avoidance Scale, Parenting Anxiety Scale, Perceived spouse support scale, and self-compassion scale from 349 mothers with children in childhood. For statistical analysis of the collected data, the structural equation model verification method was used using SPSS 22.0 and Amos 22.0, and bootstrapping was performed to confirm the statistical significance of the mediating effect. Results First, the mediating effect of perceived spouse support on the relationship between attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance, and parenting anxiety was confirmed. Second, the mediating effect of self-compassion was confirmed in the relationship between attachment anxiety and parenting anxiety. Third, in the effect of attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance on parenting anxiety, the perceived double mediating effect of spouse support and self-compassion was confirmed. Conclusions By confirming the mediating role of Perceived Marital Support and Self-Compassion in the relationship between Attachment Anxiety, Attachment Avoidance and Parenting Anxiety, theoretical and empirical evidence was prepared for the relationship between each variable related to Parenting Anxiety, and counseling to treat Parenting Anxiety It is meaningful in that it provided information for effective therapeutic hypotheses and interventions in practice.
