코로나 시대, 어린이집의 가정 육아 지원에 대한 부모 경험에 관한 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 코로나19 상황에서 어린이집으로부터 가정 육아 지원을 경험한 부모들의 이야기를 통해 지속적으로 발생할 수 있는 감염병으로 인한 휴원 또는 비대면 보육과정 운영 장기화 시, 가정 육아 지원이 나아가야 할 방향을 모색하기 위한 연구이다. 방법 이를 위해 코로나19로 휴원을 경험한 부모들을 대상으로 부산광역시에 있는 어린이집 7개 기관과 협의하여 12명의 부모를 대상으로 총 22회에 걸쳐 개별 심층면담을 시행하여 질적 연구방법인 전사와 코딩, 유목화, 주제생성의 과정을 거쳐 내용을 분류하였다. 결과 코로나19 상황에서 어린이집의 가정 육아 지원을 통한 부모들의 경험과 지원 요구는 다음과 같다. 첫째. 어린이집에서 제공한 가정 육아 지원으로 육아의 막막함을 달래주었고, 지원받은 자료의 활용은 어려웠으며, 이벤트성 지원으로는 육아의 도움이 부족함을 경험하였다. 둘째. 코로나19로 인한 가정 육아 지원에 대한 부모들의 요구로는 만남의 갈증 해소를 위한 마음 보살핌, 체계적이고 지속적인 지원 프로그램. 육아지식의 부족으로 인한 부모교육을 어린이집으로부터 지원받길 원하고 있었다. 또한, 국가로부터의 지원 요구는 가정양육수당 지급기준의 확대와 육아스트레스 완화를 위한 정서적 지원, 탄력적인 맞춤형 기관운영의 필요성을 요구하였다. 결론 본 연구결과는 코로나19와 같은 감염병의 재확산이 일어날 경우, 부모 역할 수행을 위한 부모 지원, 어린이집을 중심으로 가정 육아를 지원하는 국가의 체계적 지원, 부모의 요구를 반영한 맞춤 가정육아 시스템 도입을 결론으로 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study were to specify variables related to find the direction in which home childcare support should proceed in the event of prolonged closure or non-face-to-face childcare process due to infectious diseases that may occur continuously through the story of parents who have experienced home childcare support from daycare centers in the COVID-19 situation. Methods To this end, individual in-depth interviews with 12 parents were conducted 22 times in consultation with 7 daycare centers in Busan Metropolitan City for parents who experienced closure due to COVID-19, and the contents were classified through the process of transcription, coding, nomination, and subject generation. Results The purposes of this study were to specify variables related to In the COVID-19 situation, parents' experiences and demands for support through home childcare support at daycare centers are as follows. First, the home childcare support provided by the daycare center alleviated the frustration of childcare, and it was difficult to use the supported data, and event-like support experienced a lack of help for childcare. Second, parents' demand for home childcare support due to COVID-19 is mind care to quench their thirst for meetings, and a systematic and continuous support program. They wanted to receive support from daycare centers for parental education due to the lack of parenting knowledge. In addition, the demand for support from the state demanded the expansion of the criteria for payment of family childcare allowances, emotional support to alleviate parenting stress, and the need for flexible customized institution operation. Conclusions The purposes of this study were to specify variables related to suggested the introduction of a customized home care system that reflects parent's needs, systematic support from the state that supports home care centered on daycare centers, and parent's needs in the event of re-proliferation of infectious diseases such as OVID-19.
