보육교사의 근무환경, 부모-교사 협력, 원장의 감성리더십이 영유아 권리존중 보육실행에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 보육교사의 근무환경, 부모-교사 협력, 원장의 감성 리더십이 영유아 권리존중 보육실행에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 서울시와 수도권 지역에 소재한 어린이집 보육교사를 234명을 대상으로 임의표집을 하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 사용하여 다음과 같이 분석하였다. 보육교사의 영유아 권리존중 보육실행에 근무환경, 부모-교사 협력, 원장의 감성 리더십이 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실행하였다. 결과 보육교사의 영유아 권리존중 보육실행에 근무환경, 부모-교사 협력, 원장의 감성 리더십이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 상대적 영향력을 비교해 보았을 때 부모-교사 협력이 가장 크게 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 다음으로 근무환경 중 업무환경, 물리적 환경, 원장의 감성 리더십이 유사하게 나타났다. 결론 보육교사의 영유아 권리존중 보육실행의 수준을 높이기 위해서는 무엇보다 부모-교사 협력이 중요하다고 할 수 있으며, 보육교사가 인식하기에 긍정적인 근무환경과 더불어 원장의 감성 리더십의 중요성을 밝혔다. 본 연구의 결과가 영유아 권리존중 보육실행을 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of working environment, parent-teacher cooperation, and emotional leadership of directors on the practice of childcare respecting rights for young children. Methods The questionnaires were distributed to 234 childcare teachers in the cities of Seoul and the metropolitan area In order to examine the influence of working environment, parent-teacher cooperation, and director's emotional leadership on the practice of childcare respecting rights for young children, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted. Results The working environment, parent-teacher cooperation, and the director's emotional leadership were found to have an effect on the practice of childcare respecting rights for young children. The parent-teacher cooperation showed the most significant influence, and the work environment, physical environment, and emotional leadership of the director were similar among the work environments. Conclusions Therefore, it is important to cooperate with parents and teachers to raise the level of the practice of childcare respecting rights for young children. In addition, it is important to recognize the positive working environment and the importance of emotional leadership of the director. The results of this study are significant in that they provide basic data for the practice of childcare respecting rights for young children.
