상담심리학 학부생의 캡스톤디자인 수강 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 상담심리학과 대학생들의 캡스톤디자인 과목의 수강경험에 대한 의미와 본질을 파악하고자 현상학적 연구방법을 통해 실시되었다. 방법 이를 위해 수도권 소재의 대학에서 2022년 1월과 3월에 개설된 캡스톤디자인 과목 수강생 중 수행일지, 중간보고서, 결과보고서를 모두 제출한 수강생 중 학습기여도가 높은 수강생 5명을 대상으로 초점집단인터뷰를 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi의 현상학적 방법론을 통해 분석하였다. 결과 자료분석 결과, 연구참여자의 수강경험은 효과적 학습경험과 비효과적 학습경험으로 나타났다. 효과적 학습경험으로는 전공지식의 심층적 이해, 이론과 실무현장의 연결, 학습자 중심활동이었다. 그리고 비효과적 학습경험은 역량부족의 확인, 협력활동의 와해경험으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구 결과는 상담심리학 전공생들의 현장실습을 보완하는 기능으로서의 캡스톤디자인의 수강경험을 이해하고, 추후 상담심리학 전공생들의 역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 교과목 운영개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study is to understand and explore the essence of counseling psychology students who took the capstone design by the phenomenological method. Methods Five undergraduates who took the counseling psychology capstone design in capital area, January and March, 2022 participated in focus group interview. They were selected who most contributed by submitted reflection papers, interim and final reports The interview data were analyzed using phenomenological analysis of Colaizzi. Results The Results divided effective and ineffective learning experiences. First, effective earning experiences of the capstone design is an in-depth understanding of knowledge in major, the linkage between a theoretical knowledge and the environment, and a learner-centered education. On the contrary, ineffective earning experiences of the capstone design is being confronted with their own inadequacies as a counselor and the collapse of cooperation activities. Conclusions The implication of this results has the meaning of understanding the experiences of capstone design in counseling psychology as supplementation of work experiences. Moreover, the this study provides basic data for operation and development subject.
