국문 초록

본 연구에서는 동요 멜로디 기반 조리 시연을 통한 외국인 어머니 중재가 다문화가정 지적장애 중학생의 토스트조리기술에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데에 목적을 두었다. 연구 참여자는 베트남 및 필리핀 출신 다문화가정 외국인 어머니와 함께 가정생활을 하고 있는 지적장애 중학생 세 명이 선정되었다. 연구 설계는 단일대상연구를 통한 참여자간 중다간헐 기초선 설계가 적용되었고, 가정의 공부방과 주방이 실험 환경으로 구성되었다. 그리고 참여자들의 어머니들은 중재자로 참여하였다. 중재 프로그램은 중재자로 참여한 어머니가 직접 제작한 동요 멜로디 노래 녹음 도구를 기반으로 한 조리 시연의 절차로 구성되었다. 또한, 참여자들의 어머니들은 부모교육을 통해 중재프로그램에 직접 참여하였다. 목표행동은 참여자가 거주하는 가정의 주방에서 토스트를 직접 조리하는 수행으로정의된다. 연구 결과, 참여자들은 중재 프로그램을 통하여 목표행동을 효과적으로 습득 및 유지한 것으로 나타났다. 이상을 통해, 동요 멜로디 기반의 조리 시연을 통한 외국인 어머니 중재와 다문화 가정의 지적장애 참여자들이 습득한 목표행동 간에 상호 유의미한 기능적 관계가 정립된다는 측면을 결론지을 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of foreign mother intervention through cooking demonstration based on a children’s song melody on toast cooking skills of middle school students with intellectual disabilities in multicultural families. The participants were three middle school students with intellectual disabilities who live in a family life with foreign mothers from multicultural families from Vietnam and the Philippines. The research design was applied to the multiple probe design across participants through a single subject research, and the study room and kitchen of the home were composed of experimental environment. And the mothers of the participants participated as intervention provider. The intervention program was composed of a cooking demonstration process based on the children s song recording tool produced by the mother who participated in the intervention. In addition, the mothers of the participants directly participated in the intervention program through parent education. The target behaviors is defined as the performance of cooking toast directly in the kitchen of the home where the participant resides. The results of the study showed that participants effectively acquired and maintained their target behaviors through the intervention program. Through this, it was concluded that there was a significant functional relationship between the intervention of foreign mothers through cooking demonstration based on the melody of children’s songs and the target behaviors acquired by participants with intellectual disabilities in multicultural families.
