국문 초록

지역의 문화예술교육 역량과 자율성을 강화하고, 지역 분권화를 위한 정책적 노력이 실행되고 있으나 여전히 중앙 공급 사업에 머물러 있다는 관점과 사업 실무자들의 실행 어려움이 존재한다. 지역문화예술교육 방향과 방법에대한 연구의 필요성을 토대로, 본 연구는 도시 커먼즈를 활용한 교육 실행가능성을 제안한다. 지역문화예술교육에대한 사회적 가치와 공동체적 혜택, 생태와 문화예술적 도시 커먼즈에 대한 논의들을 살펴보며 지역문화예술교육에서의 적용 당위성을 점검하였다. 이에 연구 문제를 도출하고 지역문화예술교육 전문가 FGI를 실행하였다. 1) 지역문화예술교육에 있어 도시 커먼즈는 어떤 관점으로 접근할 수 있는가 2) 문화예술교육이 지역과 공동체에 가져오는 특별한 혜택은 무엇인가 3) 도시의 생태적 커먼즈와 문화예술 실천(커머닝)들은 어떠한 방식으로 지역 교육에적용할 수 있는가. 지역 공동체가 추구하는 공통의 비전을 먼저 수립하고, 존재하는 모든 자원(커먼즈)들을 조사하고 공유함으로써 지역만의 특화된 교육 모델을 만든다. 이를 통해 공동체적 혜택을 확산시키고, 반려와 돌봄의 공동체로 나아간다. 지역문화예술교육이 커먼즈로 새롭게 전환되는 과정으로 이행한다. 본 연구가 지역문화예술교육에서 참고할 하나의 방법론이자 도시 커먼즈를 교육에 적용해 볼 수 있는 근거로 활용되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Although policy efforts are being made to strengthen the capacity and autonomy of regional arts and cultural commons and decentralization, there are viewpoints in that it is still stalled in the central supply business and there are difficulties in business practitioners’ implementation. Based on the needs for research on the direction and method of local arts and culture education, this study aimed to suggest educational feasibility using urban commons. Discussions on social values, community benefits and ecology for local arts and culture education and cultural and artistic urban commons were reviewed and the feasibility of application in local arts and culture education was examined. Accordingly, research questions were derived and the FGI in local arts and culture education experts was conducted. 1) From what perspective can the urban commons be approached in terms of local arts and culture education? 2) What are the special benefits that arts and cultural commons may bring to the region and community 3) How can the ecological commons and cultural arts practices (commoning) in the city area be applied to local education? A regionally specialized education model can be created by first establishing a common vision pursued by the local community, researching all existing resources (commons), and then sharing it. Through this, we may spread community benefit and move forward to a community of companionship and care. Then, local arts and culture education will be switched to a new transition to the commons. It is expected that this study will be used as a methodology that can be referenced in local arts and culture education and as a basis for application of urban commons to the education.
