국문 초록

본 연구는 기업의 안정적이고 지속적인 성과 창출을 위하여 지식공유 코칭을 효율적으로 관리해야 할 필요성을토대로, 기업차원에서 지식공유 코칭과 혁신 활동과의 영향관계를 실증적으로 규명하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기위하여 본 연구는 지식공유 코칭의 하위 요인인 지식제공과 지식추구 코칭이 혁신 활동 성과에 미치는 영향에서 팀응집력을 매개효과로 구조방정식 모형으로 실증적으로 분석하였다. 344명의 다양한 산업분야에 종사하고 있는 직원을 대상으로 분석해 본 결과, 주요 변인들 상호 간에 정(+)적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로, 본 연구는 실무적인 기업차원에서 혁신활동 성과를 도모할 수 있는 시사점을 제시하였다. 아울러 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구 과제를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, there is a need to efficiently manage knowledge sharing coaching in order to create stable and continuous performance of companies. Based on this, the relationship between knowledge sharing coaching and innovation activities at the corporate level was empirically identified. In order to achieve this purpose, this study empirically analyzed the effect of knowledge provision and knowledge pursuit coaching, which are sub-factors of knowledge sharing coaching, on the performance of innovation activities, using a structural equation model as a mediating effect of team cohesion. As a result of analyzing 344 employees working in various industries, it was found that there is a positive (+) relationship between major variables. Based on the results of this study, this study presented implications that can promote the performance of innovation activities at the practical corporate level. In addition, the limitations of this study and future research tasks are presented.
