국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 성인발달장애인이 인식한 직장생활만족도와 사회적 지지가 일상생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 특히 직장생활만족도와 일상생활만족도 관계에서 가족, 동료, 직장 상사의 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 실증적으로 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 방법 이를 위하여 경북 경주시와 울산광역시에 소재한 직업재활시설, 사회적 기업, 사회적 협동조합에 근무하는 성인발달장애인 259명을 대상으로 직장생활만족도를 독립변인, 가족, 동료, 직장 상사의 사회적 지지를 매개변인, 일상생활만족도를 종속변인으로 선정하여 설문 조사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계, 중다회귀분석을 적용하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 결과 성인발달장애인이 인식한 직장생활만족도, 가족, 동료, 직장 상사의 사회적 지지는 일상생활만족도에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 직장생활만족도와 일상생활만족도 관계에서 가족, 동료, 직장 상사의 사회적 지지는 부분매개변수로서 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 성인발달장애인은 직장생활을 통해 자신의 잠재된 능력을 발휘하고 이를 통해 일상생활에 만족감을 높일 필요가 있다. 따라서 성인발달장애인이 사회의 구성원으로 역할을 수행하고 이를 통해 일상생활의 만족도를 제고하기 위해서는 가족, 동료, 직장 상사의 적극적인 지원과 도움을 구축하는 방안을 적극 검토해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of job satisfaction and social support perceived by adults with developmental disabilities on daily life satisfaction, and to empirically verify the mediating effects of social support of family, colleagues, and bosses in the relationship between work life satisfaction and daily life satisfaction. Methods For this purpose, 259 adult developmental disabilities working in vocational rehabilitation facilities, social enterprises, and social cooperatives located in Gyeongju and Ulsan metropolitan cities were selected as independent variables, family members, colleagues, and bosses social support as mediator variables, and daily life satisfaction as dependent variables. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS program to verify reliability, correlation and multiple regression analysis. Results Social support of work life satisfaction, family, colleagues, and bosses perceived by adults with developmental disabilities had a significant positive effect on daily life satisfaction, and social support of family, colleagues, and bosses had a significant effect as a partial mediating variable in the relationship between work life satisfaction and daily life satisfaction. Conclusions Adult developmental disabilities need to demonstrate their potential abilities through work life and increase their satisfaction with daily life., Therefore, in order for the adult developmental disabled to play a role as a member of society and to improve the satisfaction of daily life through it, it is necessary to actively review the measures to build active support and help of family, colleagues and workplace bosses.
