경력단절 여성의 직업교육훈련 참여지속의도가 고용가능성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 경력단절 여성들이 사회 재진입을 위해 직업교육훈련에 참여 후 참여지속의도와 고용가능성의 관계에서 현장지향성의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 방법 이를 위해 인천지역의 직업교육훈련 과정에 참여중인 경력단절여성을 조사대상으로 하였다. 자료분석을 위해 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계, 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 마지막으로 매개효과 유의성 검증을위해 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping)을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 참여지속의도가 높을수록 고용가능성도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여지속의도가 높을수록 현장지향성(훈련과정의 실용성, 학습전이 기회제공, 현장학습 유용성)도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 현장지향성(훈련과정의 실용성, 학습전이 기회제공)이 높을수록 고용가능성도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 참여지속의도와 고용가능성의 관계에서 현장지향성 (학습전이 기회제공)이 매개변인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 경력단절 여성들은 재취업을 위해 직업교육훈련에 참여하여 참여지속의도와 학습전이 기회제공이 높을수록 고용가능성에 영향을 미치는 근거를 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 경력단절여성들의 고용가능성을 높이기 위해 취업 후 학습전이가 나타날 수 있는 취업기반 프로그램 및 산업체에서 필요로 하는 역량기반의 현장지향 프로그램 설계를 통해 취업률을 높이기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of career-breaking women participated in vocational education training to reentry into society in the relationship between Intention for Maintaining Participation and employability. Methods For this purpose, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis were conducted based on the data of 124 career-breaking women participating in the vocational education training curriculum in Incheon. Results First, The higher the degree of Intention for Maintaining Participation, the higher the Employability. Second, The higher the degree of Intention for Maintaining Participation, the higher the field-orientedness(practicality of the training process, providing opportunities before learning, and usefulness of field trips). Third, the higher the field-oriented(practicality of the training process and providing opportunities before learning) the higher the employability. Fourth, there was a mediating effect of field-orientedness(providing opportunities before learning) in the relationship Intention for Maintaining Participation and employability. Conclusions The results of this study confirm empirical studies that career-breaking women in vocational education training for reemployment, and that the higher the intention for maintaining participation and the higher the providing opportunities before learnin, the more likely they are to be employability. Based on this, it is expected that it can be used as a basic data to increase the employment rate through job-based programs and capability-based field-oriented programs required by industries to increase the employment possibility of career-breaking women.
