키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 자아통합감 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

목적 국내 학술지를 중심으로 자아통합감에 관한 연구들의 주제어를 추출하여 분석하고 자아통합감의 여러 가지 변인들을 도출하여 자아통합감의 연구동향을 파악함으로써 향후 연구에 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 방법 국내에서 출판된 학술지에 발표된 논문 중 ‘자아통합감’을 주제어로 하는 논문 170편을 수집하고 309개의 주제어를 도출하였다. 이후 텍스톰 프로그램을 활용하여 단어 정제작업을 수행하고 빈도분석과 Textom 프로그램의 TF, TF-IDF, N-gram을 통해 주요 키워드를 파악하고 이를 분석 및 시각화 하였다. 또한 CONCOR 군집 분석을 활용하여 주요 키워드의 연결 중심성을 확인 및 분석하고 이를 시각화 하였다. 결과 첫째, 2010년 이후부터는 매년 평균 10편 이상씩 많은 연구가 꾸준히 이루어졌다. 둘째, 자아통합감 관련 연구는 66개의 학술지에 총 170편의 논문이 게재 되었으며, 노인을 대상으로 하는 학회 및 사회과학, 의약학, 인문학, 교육, 자연과학등 다방면으로 연구되어지고 있음을 확인 하였다. 셋째, 자아통합감과 관련된 연구의 주요 키워드의 출현 빈도를 살펴본 결과, ‘자아통합감’, ‘노인’, ‘우울’, ‘집단’, ‘죽음불안’, ‘미술치료’, ‘사회적지지’, ‘회상치료’, ‘삶의 만족도’, ‘자아존중감’ 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, TF-IDF 가중치 분석 결과 출현 빈도의 순위와 거의 유사하게 도출된 것으로 확인되었다. 비교적 가중치가 높은 키워드는 ‘노인’, ‘우울’, ‘죽음불안’, ‘사회적지지’, ‘자아존중감’, ‘집단미술치료’, 등으로 확인되었다. 다섯째, N-gram 분석에서는 주요 키워드 간의 연관성을 확인하였다. 자아통합감 키워드와 연관성이 높은 키워드 순으로 나열하면 ‘우울’, ‘죽음불안’, ‘노인’, ‘생활만족도’, ‘집단’, ‘초월’, ‘삶의 만족도’, ‘문화역량’이 각각 출현하는 것으로 확인되었다. 여섯째, 네트워크로 표현한 연결정도 중심성은 ‘자아통합감’, ‘노인’, ‘우울’, ‘집단’, ‘사회적지지’ 들을 중심으로 형성 되어 있다. 일곱째, CONCOR 군집분석에서는 자아통합감의 군집들은 크게 ‘삶의 만족’, ‘자아실현’, ‘자원과행동’, ‘가족과사회’를 설명하는 것으로 보여진다. 결론 국내 노인의 자아통합감을 변인으로 한 연구들의 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시한 결과를 바탕으로 자아통합감에 대한 다양한 변인을 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 후속연구의 방향성을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The main words of the studies on ego-integrity are extracted and analyzed in domestic journals, and various variables of ego-integrity are derived to identify the research trends of ego-integrity and provide implications for future research. Methods Among the papers published in the journals published in Korea, 170 papers with the theme of ‘ego-integrity’ were collected and 309 theme words were derived. After that, word refinement was performed using TEXTOM program, and major keywords were identified through frequency analysis and TF, TF-IDF, and N-gram of Textom program, and analyzed and visualized. In addition, the connection centrality of the main keywords was confirmed and analyzed by using CONCOR cluster analysis and visualized. Results First, since 2010, more than 10 studies have been conducted on average every year. Second, a total of 170 papers were published in 66 journals on ego-integrity, and it was confirmed that they were studied in various fields such as academic society, social sciences, medicine, humanities, education, and natural sciences for the elderly. Third, as a result of examining the frequency of the major keywords of the study related to ego-integrity, it was found that ‘ego-integrity’, ‘elderly’, ‘depression’, ‘group’, ‘death anxiety’, ‘art therapy’, ‘social support’, ‘reminiscence therapy’, ‘life satisfaction’, ‘self-esteem’ were in order. Fourth, the TF-IDF weight analysis results showed that it was almost similar to the ranking of the frequency of appearance., The keywords with relatively high weight were identified as ‘old man’, ‘depression’, ‘death anxiety’, ‘social support’, ‘self-esteem’, ‘group art therapy’. Fifth, N-gram analysis confirmed the correlation between key keywords. The keywords with high correlation with the keywords of ego-integrity were listed in the order of ‘depression’, ‘death anxiety’, ‘elderly’, ‘life satisfaction’, ‘group’, ‘transcendence’, ‘life satisfaction’ and ‘cultural competence’. Sixth, the degree of connection centrality expressed in the network is formed mainly by ‘ego-integrity’, ‘elderly’, ‘depression’, ‘group’, and ‘social support’. Seventh, in CONCOR cluster analysis, the clusters of ego-integrity are largely explained as ‘life satisfaction’, ‘self-realization’, ‘resource and behavior’, and ‘family and society’. Conclusions Based on the results of keyword network analysis of the studies that used the ego-integrity of the elderly in Korea as a variable, various variables about ego-integrity were derived and the direction of the follow-up study was suggested based on this.
