국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학생들의 자기주도학습능력이 창의융합역량에 미치는 영향을 밝히고, 두 변인 관계에서 소통역량의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 대학생들의 자기주도학습능력, 소통역량, 창의융합역량 간의 관계를 파악하기 위하여 실증연구(조사 통계 방법)를 실시하였다. 방법 연구 대상은 경기도 A대학에 재학중인 대학생을 유의 표집하여 2,632개의 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 분석도구로 SPSS 26.0, AMOS 26.0을 사용하였다. 이를 통해 대학생들의 자기주도학습능력이 소통역량과 창의융합역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 자기주도학습능력과 창의융합역량의 관계에서 소통역량의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 결과 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 대학생들의 자기주도학습능력은 소통역량과 창의융합역량에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 소통역량은 자기주도학습능력과 창의융합역량 간의 관계에서 유의미한 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 대학생들의 자기주도학습능력, 소통역량, 창의융합역량 간의 관계를 규명함으로써 대학생들의 창의융합역량을 향상시키는데 자기주도학습능력과 소통역량이 주요 변인임을 확인했다는 것에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to elucidate the effect of self-directed learning ability of university students on creative confluence competency, and to verify the mediating effect of communication competency in the relationship between two variables. An empirical study (survey statistical method) was conducted to understand the relationship between the self-directed learning ability, communication competency, and creative confluence competency of university students. Methods The subject of this study was a significant sample of university students enrolled in University A of Gyeonggi-do, and 2,632 data were used for analysis. SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 were used as analysis tools. Through this study, the effect of self-directed learning ability of university students on communication competency and creative confluence competency was investigated, and the mediating effect of communication competency was analyzed in the relationship between self-directed learning ability and creative confluence competency. Results The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, it was confirmed that the self-directed learning ability of university students affects communication ability and creative confluence ability. Second, communication competency showed a significant mediating effect in the relationship between self-directed learning ability and creative confluence competency. Conclusions This study is meaningful in that it confirmed that self-directed learning ability and communication competency are the main variables in improving the creative confluence competency of university students by examining the relationship between the self-directed learning ability, communication competency, and creative confluence competency of university students.
