교사에 대한 학생 및 학부모의 신뢰에 관한 국내 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 최근 교육계뿐 아니라 우리 사회가 풀어야 할 큰 숙제인 교사에 대한 학생 및 학부모의 신뢰와 연관된 국내 연구동향을 분석하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 교사의 능력과 자질에 대한 신뢰향상 및 위상제고를 위하여 다양한 각도에서의 연구방향과 후속 연구과제 수행과 발전을 위한 기초자료의 제공에 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 2000년부터 2020년 12월까지 국내 발표 학위·학술지논문 145편의 검색과 분석을 거쳐 총 107편을 선정하였으며, 분류분석 준거와 평가자간 일치도 검증을 통해 연구시기, 연구대상, 변인별 연구주제의 내용으로 연구동향을 분석하였다. 기술통계에 사용된 연구도구는 Excel로서 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였다. 결과 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상위변인의 연구주제로는 교사신뢰, 교수행동, 의사소통, 리더십 등에 관한 주제의 논문이, 하위변인의 연구주제로는 수업몰입, 교과태도 및 수업 만족도 등의 주제가 큰 비중을 차지하였다. 둘째, 2001년에서 2005년도까지 1편 내외의 논문 실적이 2006년도를 기점으로 매년 2-3편으로 증가 추세를 보였으며 2018년도 이후부터 매년 5편 이상으로 증가 경향을 나타내었다. 셋째, 연구대상으로는 중학생을 대상으로 한 연구논문이 가장 많았으며 고등학생, 초등학생, 영·유아의 순으로 나타났다. 지역별로는 수도권(서울 제외)과 지방권역 학교의 학생을 대상으로 한 연구논문이 가장 많았으며 교과별 교사 대상으로는 담임교사와 체육교사를 대상으로 한 논문이 다수를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 도출된 결과를 토대로 교사에 대한 학생 및 학부모 신뢰와 관련된 연구논문의 연구동향에 대한 경향성을 정리하였으며 연구의 다양화와 심층화 측면에서 후속 연구를 위한 시사점을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the domestic research trends related to the trust of students and parents in teachers, which is a big problem that needs to be solved not only in the educational field but also in our society. Based on the results, it is intended to provide basic data for the direction of desirable research related to teacher trust and follow-up research tasks. Methods For this purpose, a total of 107 papers were selected through a verification process among 145 degree theses and academic journal papers published domestically from 2000 to December 2020, and the research trend was subsequently analyzed according to the research period, subject, and topic by variable. Results The results of the analysis are as follows: First, for the research topic, according to the top variables, papers on the topics of teacher trust, teaching behavior, communication, leadership, and the research subjects of sub-variables, topics such as class immersion, study attitude, and class satisfaction made up the largest proportion. Second, for the trend by research period from 2001 to 2005 just one paper was published. However, from 2006, the trend started to show an increasing tendency of two to three papers being published every year and since 2018, more than five papers every year. Third, by each research subject, the majority of research papers were about middle school students, followed by high school students, elementary school students, and infants and toddlers. By region, the majority of research papers were about students from schools in the metropolitan and provincial areas except for Seoul. For teachers by subject, the majority of papers comprised studies about homeroom teachers and physical education teachers. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, the tendencies of research papers related to student and parent trust in teachers were summarized, and implications for follow-up studies were suggested in terms of diversification and in-depth research.
