COVID-19 상황을 경험한 간호대학생의 사회심리적 건강, 감성지능 및 대학생활적응 간의 관계

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 COVID-19상황을 경험한 간호대학생의 사회심리적 건강, 감성지능 및 대학생활적응 간의 관계를 알아보기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 방법 W시에 소재한 4년제 간호대학 2학년 168명을 대상으로 2021년 4월 1일부터 5일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집을 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0 program을 이용하여 실수와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, ANOVA와 Scheffé’s test, Pearson’s correlation으로 하였다. 결과 간호대학생의 사회심리적 건강은 0.88점, 감성지능은 5.35점, 대학생활 적응은 3.57점으로 나타났으며, 사회심리적 건강과 대학생활적응은 부적상관관계(r=-.613, p<.001), 사회심리적 건강과 감성지능은 부적상관관계(r=-.631, p<.001), 감성지능과 대학생활적응은 정적상관관계(r=.669, p<.001)가 있었다. 결론 따라서 COVID-19를 경험한 간호대학생의 사회심리적 건강 수준을 높이기 위한 교육과정 확대와 중요성을 인식하고, 대학생활적응 향상을 위해 다양한 동아리 활동 활성화를 통한 감성지능 증진 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 확대되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to identify the relationship among psychosocial well-being, emotional intelligence, college life adjustment in nursing students experienced COVID-19 situation. Methods Data were collected using structured questionnaires from April 1 to 5, 2021 on 168 nursing students. For data analysis was performed using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program using real number and percentage, mean and standard deviation, ANOVA and Scheffé’s test, Pearson’s correlation. Results In this study, the psychosocial well-being score of the nursing students was 0.88, emotional intelligence 5.35, college life adjustment 3.57. Analysis of the correlation between variables showed that psychosocial well-being and college life adjustment had negaitive correlation (r=.-613, p<.001); psychosocial well-being and emotional intelligence (r=.-631, p<.001); and emotional intelligence and college life adjustment (r=.669, p<.001) had positive correlation. Conclusions Therefore, it is expected that the development and application of emotional intelligence enhancement programs will be expanded by activating various club activities to improve college life adjustment, recognizing the importance and expansion of the curriculum to raise the psychosocial well-being level of nursing students who have experienced COVID-19 situation.
