학교 안전교육 7대 표준안과 인성 덕목의 상호연계성 확보에 관한 연구

국문 초록

목적 이 연구는 학교 안전교육 7대 표준안의 대분류와 중분류 기준에 적합한 인성 덕목을 탐색하고, 7대 표준안의 영역별 연계 가능한 인성 덕목을 도출하여 안전교육에 요구되는 인성 덕목의 상호연계성을 확보하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 유·초·중·고의 현장 교원, 대학교수, 안전교육 관련 전문 연구원 등 안전교육 전문 모니터링단을 대상으로 2019년 1월 3일(목)부터 1월 12일(토)까지 E-mail로 전문가 의견 조사를 진행하였다. 조사 내용은 학교 안전교육 7대 표준안의 대분류와 중분류 기준과 관련성이 높은 인성 덕목을 선정하고 그 이유를 제시하는 것으로, 수집된 자료는 기본적으로 빈도 분석을 실시하여 기술 통계 처리하였다. 인성 덕목 제시의 타당성을 묻는 문항에서는 내용 타당도 비율인 CVR 값을 구하여 타당성 정도를 확인하였다. 결과 의견 조사 결과, 생활안전, 직업안전, 교통안전은 책임, 준법, 질서, 배려와 같은 덕목을 요구하고, 재난안전과 응급처치는 당면하여 자신과 주변인을 돌보는 용기, 희생, 협동, 헌신 등과 같은 유사 덕목을 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 폭력예방 및 신변보호, 약물 및 사이버중독 예방은 상대적으로 개인과 대인 관계에서 발생하므로 자기통제, 절제, 존중, 배려라는 유사한 덕목을 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 첫째, 안전교육 관련 전문가들도 안전교육을 지도할 때 단순히 규칙이나 매뉴얼을 알려주는 것을 넘어 학습자의 마음을 움직이게 하는 것이 중요하다는 것에 동의하였다. 둘째, 학교 안전교육 7대 표준안의 대분류와 중분류 기준으로 제시한 인성 덕목과 크게 다르지 않기 때문에 실제적·효과적인 운영을 위해 학교 안전교육 7대 표준안 대분류의 인성 덕목을 확인하고 이를 교육 활동에서 연계하여 지도하는 것을 제안한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the personality virtues suitable for the major and middle categories of the seven standards for school safety education, and to secure the interconnectedness of the personality virtues required for safety education by deriving the personality virtues that can be linked by each safety education categories. Methods E-mail from January 3 (Thu) to January 12 (Sat), 2019 for safety education monitoring groups such as field teachers, university professors, and safety education-related researchers An expert opinion survey was conducted. The purpose of the survey is to select the personality virtues that are highly related to the major and middle categories in the seven standards for school safety education and to present the reasons. In the question asking about the validity of the presentation of personality virtues, the degree of validity was confirmed by obtaining the CVR value, which is the content validity ratio. Results Opinion As a result of the survey, living safety, occupational safety, and traffic safety require virtues such as responsibility, compliance, order, and consideration, and disaster safety and first aid are immediate and courageous, sacrifice, cooperation, It was found that similar virtues such as dedication were required. In addition, since violence and personal safety, and prevention of drug and cyber addiction relatively occur in personal and interpersonal relationships, it was found that similar virtues such as self-control, moderation, respect, and consideration were required. Conclusions Firstly, Safety education related experts also agreed that it is important to move learners minds beyond simply providing rules or manuals when teaching safety education. Secondly, since it is not very different from the personality virtues presented in the major and middle categories of seven standards for school safety education, for practical and effective operation, it is possible to suggest only to the extent of identifying the personality virtues in the major categories of school safety education and linking them in educational activities.
