국문 초록

목적 이 연구는 행위자기반모형(Agent Based Modeling)을 활용하여 혁신학교의 지속 요인을 탐색하는 데 목적을 두었으며, 혁신학교의 지속성은 혁신학교 철학과 관점을 공유하는 교원이 중요하다는 판단 아래, 어떠한 정책적 조건이 갖추어진 경우에 교원이 혁신학교를 선택하는가를 분석하였다. 방법 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 ‘Model of school choice with information asymmetries’ Netlogo 6.1.1의 행위자기반모형 코드를 활용하여 ‘교원전보 행위자기반모형’을 개발하였고, 총 24가지의 시뮬레이션 결과를 산출하였다. 결과 산출된 24가지의 시뮬레이션 결과 중에서 세 개의 시나리오 분석 결과를 제시하면, 첫째, 혁신학교의 양적인 증가 및 관련한 정책적 유인가는 혁신학교의 지속에 긍정적 영향을 주기 어려운 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지속성의 핵심적인 요인으로 교원이 가진 필요 충족이 중요하다는 것을 확인하였으며, 마지막으로 교원의 혁신학교 선택과 혁신학교의 지속을 위해서는 교원이 갖는 필요를 충족시킬 수 있는 정책이 필요함을 확인하였다. 결론 혁신학교의 지속을 위해 보다 중⋅장기적 관점에서 학교 구성원의 필요를 충족시킬 수 있는 방안의 검토가 필요함을 논의하였으며, 교육학 분야에서의 행위자기반모형 활용에 관한 논의를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study was to explore and analyze factors of Innovation Schools’ sustainability through Agent Based Modeling (ABM). Specifically, focusing on findings from previous research that sharing value of Innovation School among teachers is on of the most important factors of sustaining, this study investigated on what policy conditions motivate teachers to choose Innovation School. Methods ABM was programed based on ‘Model of school choice information asymmetries’, entitled ‘Teacher-Transfer ABM Netlogo 6.1.4’, and a total of 24 scenario simulations were analyzed with different policy variables. Results Among 24 analyzed scenarios, scenario 3 is reported in detail, which showed that increasing number nor expanding valence of Innovation Schools do not have positive affect in attracting teachers to the Innovation Schools. The results, however, showed, that fulfilling teachers’ need increase the number teachers who choose Innovation School as well as teachers’ innovative value. Conclusions The results of this study suggest that policies regarding Innovation School need to consider school members’ need in a more long-term perspective in order to enhance sustainability of the Innovation Schools. In addition, ABM could be applied to educational research.
