국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 초등학교 고학년 다문화학생의 진로성숙도 향상을 위한 놀이 중심 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하여 이를 적용한 후 진로성숙도 향상에 미치는 영향을 검증하데 목적이 있다. 방법 프로그램은 박인우(1995)가 제안한 상담 프로그램 개발 모형을 토대로 개발하였고, 전문가 타당화 과정을 거친 후, 총 8회기의 놀이 중심 집단상담 프로그램으로 구안되었다. 효과검증을 위해서 정익중, 임진영, 황매향(2011)의 진로성숙도 검사를 사용하였고, 혼합변량분석(Mixed ANOVA)을 사용하여 통계적 결과를 분석하였다. 또한 양적 결과와 관련된 신뢰성의 한계를 보완하기 위하여 연구 대상자의 회기별 소감문과 연구자의 관찰 내용을 보충하여 각 구성요인별 프로그램의 효과를 분석하였다. 결과 결과 분석을 통해 초등학교 고학년 다문화학생의 진로성숙도 향상을 위한 놀이 중심 집단상담 프로그램은 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 초등학교에서 다문화학생이 점차 증가하고 있는 현재 상황에서 이들의 진로성숙도를 향상시키기 위하여 다문화학생들의 특성과 요구를 반영한 놀이 중심 집단상담 프로그램을 개발 후 적용하여 그 효과를 검증했다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to develop a play-oriented group counseling program to improve career maturity of multicultural students in the senior year of elementary school and to verify how it affects career advancement. Methods The program was developed based on Park In-woo (1995) s counseling program development model. After the discussion process by experts, this program was made with eight sessions. Jeong Ik-jung, Im Jin-yeong, and Hwang Mae-hyang’s scale (2011) was used as the research tool, and after the pre and post-program tests were conducted on each experimental group and control group, the statistical results were analyzed using the Mixed ANOVA. In addition, the effects of each component-specific program were analyzed by supplementing the research subjects commentaries by session and the researchers observations to supplement the limitations of reliability associated with quantitative results. Results The analysis of the results showed that there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. Conclusions This study is meaningful in that it has developed a group counseling program for multi cultural students. As the number of the multicultural students continues to grow, the demand of the program continues to grow. In addition, the this study reflected the current needs and characteristics of the multicultural students.
