실용음악과의 교육 서비스품질에 따른 만족도가 전환의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

최근 대학 졸업자의 취업난으로 인해 보다 나은 스펙의 대학으로의 전환의도와 학령인구의 감소가 맞물린 상황에서 대학 간의 학점교류 개방으로 이제 대학은 신입생 모집뿐만 아니라 재학생의 충원율 확보에도 전략적인 노력을 시도하고 있다. 이에 학생을 고객으로 인정하고 교육을 서비스로 분류하는 교육 서비스품질과 그에 대한 만족도에 따른 전환의도의 연관성을 연구하는 연구들이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 학생들의 교육 서비스품질에 대한 인식은 다양성을 갖기 때문에 이를 수시로 반영한 연구를 통해 교육서비스품질에 대한 규명이 필요하다. 본 연구는 대학의 교육 서비스품질에 따른 학생의 교육 만족도가 휴학 및 타 대학으로의 전환의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 조사하기 위함을 목적으로 한다. 경기, 충청, 전라 지역의 실용음악학과 전문대학과 4년제 대학의 학생들을 대상으로 인식을 조사하기 위해서 250부를 배포하여 이중 응답내용이 불성실하거나 미회수 된 설문지를 제외한 238부를 분석에 필요한 자료로 활용하였다. 일반적 특성을 살펴보기 위해 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 교육 서비스품질, 만족도, 전환의도의 차원을 요인분석으로 분류하고, 신뢰도(Cronbach’ α) 분석을 실시하였다. 변수 간의 연관 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 이밖에 다중회귀분석을 통해 교육 서비스품질의 하위 변인인 물리적 요인, 행정적 요인, 교육적 요인이 전공 만족도에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 교육 서비스품질의 하위 변인인 행정적 요인, 교육적 요인이 학습 만족도에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 서비스품질의 하위 변인인 물리적 요인, 행정적 요인, 교육적 요인이 학교 전환의도에 통계적으로 유의미한 부(-)의 영향으로 나타났으며, 만족도의 하위 변인인 학습 만족도가 학교 전환의도에 통계적으로 유의미한 부(-)의 영향으로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과는 실용음악교육의 발전을 위해서는 교수자의 전문성, 교육 프로그램의 자유로운 수강, 실용음악교육의 실습 기자재에 우선순위를 두어야 한다는 것을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Because of the recent employment shortage of college graduates intention to switch to betterspecified universities, and the decline in the school-age population, universities are now making strategic efforts to secure not only freshmen but also recruitment rates. Consequently actively conducted to examine the connection between recognizing students as customers with regard to education as services, and conversion intention based on their satisfaction. Students’ perceptions of education service quality vary, so it is necessary to investigate education service quality through research that reflects these from time to time. This study aimed to investigate how students’ educational satisfaction, quality in universities, affects their intention to take a leave of absence and switch to other universities. In order to survey students in practical music colleges and four-year universities in Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, and Jeolla regions, 250 questionnaire copies were distributed, 238 copies excluding questionnaires that were unfaithful or uncollected) as data for the study analysis. conducted frequency explore general characteristics the dimensions of education service quality, satisfaction, and transition intent into factor analysis; and conduct Cronbach’α analysis. The study findings thus suggest that the professionalism of professors, accessfree courses in educational programs, and the availability of practical materials for practical music education should be prioritized in order to.
