메타분석을 통한 창의력 교육프로그램의 효과분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 창의력 교육 프로그램이 자기효능감에 미치는 효과에 대한 연구결과를 메타분석하여 효과크기를 분석하고 학교급, 학습시간, 교수학습방법 그리고 효능감 수준이 조절변인으로 작용하는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 2012년 2월부터 2021년 2월까지 국내에서 발표된 논문을 수집하였으며, 최종적으로 연구에 포함된 논문은 총 20편이었다. 연구결과, 다양한 창의력 교육 프로그램은 학습자의 자기효능감 개발에 높은 효과(g=1.01)가 있었다. 학교급별로 효과크기의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타나지 않았고, 교육 프로그램의 효과는 유아들에게 가장 효과적이었다. 학습시간별로 효과크기의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타나지 않았고, 가장 효과적인 교육시간은 10시간 이상 20시간 이하로 나타났다. 교수학습방법 간에 효과크기의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났고, 가장 효과가 높은 교수학습방법은 동기 및 창의적 기법을 활용한 방법이었다. 효능감 수준별로 효과크기의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타나지 않았지만, 특정 과제의 자기효능감을 개발하기 위한 창의력 교육 프로그램이 가장 효과가 높았다. 본 연구의 결과는 창의력 교육 프로그램의 개발과 실행에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of creative education programs in developing self-efficacy through a meta-analysis and understand if school level, studying time, teaching method and self-efficacy level work as controlling variables. Theses published between February 2012 and February 2021 in Korea were collected for this purpose. There were a total of 20 theses included in this study. The results show that a variety of creative education programs had high effectiveness (g=1.01) in self-efficacy development of learners. The effectiveness depending on school level was not meaningful statistically. The creative education program was the most effective for kids. The difference in the effectiveness depending on learning hours was not statistically meaningful. The most effective education time was more than 10 hours and less than 20 hours. The difference in effectiveness in across teaching methods was statistically meaningful. The most effective teaching method was the method that used motivation and creative skills. The difference in effectiveness depending on self-efficacy level was not statistically meaningful. However, the creative education program for the development of self-efficacy for specific projects was found to be the most effective. The results of this study are significant in that they can be used as basic data for the development and practice of creative education programs.
