국문 초록

이 연구는 포스트 코로나 시대에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 교육 방법을 모색해 보는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 첫째, 비대면 교육 관련 선행 연구를 검토하여 포스트 코로나 시대 대학의교육 방향을 설정하는 데 참고하였다. 둘째, 비대면 교육에 대한 학습자의 인식 및 반응 관련설문 문항을 개발하고, 이를 토대로 인식 조사 후 분석을 통해 비대면 교육에서 필요한 요구사항과, 고려해야 할 사항들을 추출해 내었다. 이러한 제반 작업을 기반으로 셋째, 온라인 수업의 장점과 특징을 살린 비대면 녹화 강의와 상호작용 및 피드백을 진행할 수 있는 실시간 온라인 수업을혼합한 ‘블렌디드 러닝’을 제안하고, 실제 교육에 적용하여 그 가능성을 타진해 보았다. 그 결과 첫째, 접근성과 편리성이 확대되면서 학습자 중심의 교육기회를 증대시킬 수 있었다. 둘째, 실시간 온라인 플랫폼을 활용하여 온라인 수업의 한계였던 의사소통의 문제를 극복하고지식 공동체를 형성하며 지식을 체계화하고 정교화 하는 데 도움이 되었다. 마지막으로 오프라인면대면 학습 환경에서 다른 학습자들의 영향을 받거나, 학습 분위기에 따라 자유로운 의사개진이한정적이었던 측면을 온라인 공간의 특수성으로 극복할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find an educational method that can be effectively utilized in the post-corona era in University. First, we reviewed prior studies related to untact education and referenced them to establish the direction of universities education in the post-corona era. Second, try to developing a questionnaire related to learners’ perceptions and responses to untact education, and based on this, conduct a survey. After analysis the survey, we extract the requirements and items to be considered in untact education, Third, based on these studies, we propose a ‘Blended Learning’ that combines ‘recorded lectures’ that utilize the strengths and characteristics of online classes and ‘real-time online classes’ that enable interaction and feedback, and try to apply them to actual education. As a result, first, we reveal the possibilities to increase learner-centered educational opportunities as expending of accessibility and convenience of online classes. Second, it is helped that the use of a real-time online platform to overcome the problem of communication, which was the limitation of untact classes. And it is also the way to form a community that is systematize and elaborate of knowledge in the classes. Finally, we reveal the strength of the untact-online classes that learners can join the classes easily and being free by not being affected with other learners, or any other atmosphere of the offline face-to-face learning environment.
