팬데믹의 재난위기를 넘어서는 새로운 사회의 지평

국문 초록

최근 시대적 위기로서 팬데믹의 재난사태는 우리의 일상이 마비되고 단절되는 커다란 충격을 안겨주고 있다. 이 논문의 문제의식은 비정사회와 허기사회의 치열한 경쟁적 분위기와 휩쓸리는 분위기에서, 시대적 위기를 넘어서서 함께하는 공동체의 가치의 방향성과 전망, 시대적 열망과 꿈을 근본적으로 사유하도록 요청하는 데 있다. 그런데 문제의 심각성은 액체근대 사회에서 비극을 해결하는 것이 아니라 오히려 비극을 유예하고 양산하는 흐름으로 가속화하여, 함께하는 공동체의 감각과 정서를 봉합하고 마비시키는 데 있다. 이러한 분위기에서 우리는 고유한 개성도, 우정도, 동료도 소멸시키며 최소한의 사회적 유대마저도 상실하고 있다. 일상생활에서 반복되는 위험과 폭력이 개입할 때, 우리는 사유와 표현, 감각의 불능과 마비상태에 빠진다. 재난 유토피아는 새로운 가능성의 세계를 사유하며 느끼고 제대로 표현할 수 없는 환상적인 아이디어이다. 우리는 역할소원하는 비극의 외면으로 이기적이고 경쟁적인 팬데믹의 현상을 더욱 심화한다. 근본적으로 분위기의 전환은 우리의 표층세계와 심층세계의 빈 틈에서 자연욕망인 퓌시스와 법과 규범과 같은 노모스의 끊임없는 투쟁의 과정이다. 비극의 공유는 기쁨과 고통의 씨앗이 긴 인내와 결연한 생애의 의지를 관통한다. 비극 공유의 중요성은 험난한 삶의 과정에서 마비된 우리의 사유와 감각, 표현을 활발하게 가동하는 새로운 눈뜸의 분위기이다. 분위기의 전환은 팬데믹의 재난이 가져오는 비극의 만연화된 구성력을 해체시키는데 초점이 있다. 팬더믹의 위기는 새로운 분위기의 전환에서 새로운 눈뜸과 사유와 감각, 표현이 활성화되는 계기이다. 이러한 계기에 의해 우리는 사회와 존재 내면을 재구성할 때만이 비로소 비극이 소멸되는 자유를 향유할 수 있다. 멜랑꼴리는 현실에서 다시 재현하여 치유할 수 있는 소통의 문이자 유대의 다리이다. 멜랑꼴리의 분위기는 세계의 공허와 개인의 공동체의 연결이 가능하며, 동시에 공허에 빠지지 않는 무의식 깊이 역동하는 문화의 기저를 관조하고 응시하는 문제이다. 팬데믹의 재난위기는 사회적 만남이 차단되는 우울한 난민의 추락으로부터 우리는 전혀 다른 감각과 정서로서 전환하는 감수성의 혁명 즉 함께하는 감각으로 탄생하는 즉 비극 공유로 나아가는 결연한 결단과 생애의 의지로 새롭게 희망할 수 있다. 시대적 산책자로서 함께하는 정감있는 분위기로의 전환은 가능성의 극한으로 몰아가는 소진사회와 허기사회의 시대적 어둠을 뚫고 함께하는 공동기억과 헤테로토피아의 장소성이 피어내는 비극 공유의 공감과 감각파장을 활성화하는데 있다. 무엇보다도 절대적 상호의존성의 운명공동체로서 비극 공유의 사회적 감각의 환기는 함께하는 감각으로 감싸안아 공동참여와 공동책임할 수 있는 공동체의 혈맥이며 사회적 유대의 토대이다. 따라서 비극 공유의 분위기에서 우리는 액체근대 사회에서 오랜 동안 방치하는 비극을 함께 공감하고 함께 겪어내는 운명공동체로서 결코 분리될 수 없는 새로운 위상학적 지위를 새롭게 구성할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The crisis caused by the pandemic, as the latest crisis of the times, has had an astonishing impact on us and has paralyzed our daily lives. The critical objective of this paper is to seek the direction and outlook of communal value for overcoming the crisis of the times and the passion and dream of the times in an environment of fierce competition in a cold-hearted and hungry society. The severity of the problem is that modern education does not solve the tragedy but it buries and paralyzes the sense and emotion of a community by postponing the tragedy and accelerating the mass production of tragedy. Under such an atmosphere, the unique identity, friendships, and social ties have been lost. When recursive risks and violence keep interfering with our daily lives, our thinking, expressions, and senses become paralyzed. A disaster utopia is a fantastic idea that blocks us from thinking, feeling, and properly expressing the world of new possibilities. We aggravate the egoistic and competitive pandemic phenomenon out of the role￾distancing tragedy. The fundamental change of atmosphere is the ceaseless struggle between nomos such as laws and norms and physis the natural desire and the gap between our surface world and the deep world. Sharing tragedy requires endurance, the seed of delight and pain, and the resolute will of life. Hence, the importance of sharing tragedy is the atmosphere of new enlightenment revitalizing our thinking, sense, and expression paralyzed in the process of a challenging life. Such an atmosphere focuses on dismantling the widespread constitution of tragedy caused by the pandemic. The crisis of a pandemic is the momentum to activate new enlightenment, reasoning, senses, and expression in the change into a new atmosphere. We can fully enjoy freedom with extinct tragedy only when we reorganize the inside of society and existence through such momentum. Melancholy is the channel of communication and the bridge of solidarity through which we can heal ourselves by reproducing in reality. The atmosphere of melancholy enables us to link the emptiness of the world with the community of individuals. At the same time, the atmosphere of melancholy involves meditating and gazing at the dynamic basis of culture deep inside unconsciousness, which does not fall into emptiness. The crisis of a pandemic is the revolution of sensibility; in other words, sharing sense, which is visually perceived with completely different senses and emotions from the avalanche of a gloomy refugee interrupting a social meeting. By sharing tragedy, we can create new hope, the will to live, and resolute determination. Changing to an amiable environment and sharing as the stroller of the times helps to overcome the darkness of the times, the exhausting society, and the hungry society that drive us to the limit of possibility and so activate the consensus of sharing tragedy and the wavelength of sense that may be brought by the communal memory and placeness of heterotopias. Stirring up the social sense in sharing tragedy as a group with the same destiny and completely depending on each other is requires community participation, taking responsibility together, and embracing each other with a sense of the social tie. Accordingly, we can build a new topological position in which we cannot be separated from each other as a group with the same destiny, sharing and experiencing tragedy, which has been neglected for a long time in modern education.
