어린이집 교사의 공감 능력, 정서조절 능력이 교사-영아의 상호작용에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집에서 영아반 담임을 맡은 보육교사의 공감 능력과 정서조절능력이 교사-영아의 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 밝히고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 M시에 소재한 어린이집의 만0세-만2세까지의 영아반 담임교사 350명을 대상으로 2019년 4월 중순부터 4주간에 걸쳐 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과를 보면 첫째, 영아반 교사의 연령과 경력, 학력에 따라 50대 이상 교사는 정서적 공감과 정서적, 언어적, 행동적 상호작용이 높았고, 10년 이상 된 경력교사가 자기정서 및 타인정서조절 능력이 높았으며 대학원 졸업 이상의 교사가 인지적 공감 수준이 높았다. 둘째, 영아반 교사의 공감 능력이 교사-영아의 상호작용에 미치는 영향은 유의하였으며, 특히 인지적 공감과 정서적 공감이 모두 정서적 상호작용, 언어적 상호작용, 행동적 상호작용에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 영아반 교사의 정서조절능력이 교사-영아 상호작용에 미치는 영향은 유의하였으며, 특히 자기 정서조절과 타인 정서조절이 모두 정서적 상호작용, 언어적 상호작용, 행동적 상호작용에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 영아반 교사의 공감 능력과 정서조절능력은 교사-영아 간의 모든 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out how the empathy ability and emotional regulation ability of infants teachers affect the teacher-infant interaction. The subject of this study is a childcare center’s teacher who is in charge of infant class from 0 to 2 years old in a day care center in Jeollanam-do. The measurement tools used for the study used emotional measuring tools, emotional regulation ability measures, and interaction measures. The research results are as follows. First, There was a difference in the age of the teacher. There were significant differences in teachers emotional empathy, emotional, verbal and behavioral interactions. There was a difference in the teacher s career. There were significant differences between self-emotions and other-emotions emotional, verbal and behavioral interactions. There was a difference in the educational background of the teacher. There were significant differences in cognitive empathy. Second. The effect of teacher empathy on teacher-infant interaction was analyzed. Teacher empathy was found to have a significant effect on teacher-infant interaction. The effect of teacher emotional regulation ability on teacher-infant interaction was analyzed. Teacher empathy was found to have a significant effect on teacher-infant interaction.
