국문 초록

본 연구는 성인 아마추어 오케스트라 활동 단원의 연주 경험과 심리적 안녕감의 관계를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 성인 아마추어 오케스트라 활동 단원 165명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 진행하였고, 무응답을 제외한 159부의 설문지를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘음악이 좋아서’ 아마추어 오케스트라에 참여한 동기와 4년 이상 참여한 기간이 연주 경험을 통한 심리·사회적 기능의 높은 인식수준과 연관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인적 측면에서의 연주 경험이 심리적 안녕감의 개인적 성장과 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관계적, 사회적 측면에서의 연주 경험이 심리적 안녕감의 환경 통제력과 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 아마추어 오케스트라 연주 경험이 심리적 안녕감의 자기수용과 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 성인의 심리적 안녕감과 연관이 있는 아마추어 오케스트라 활동의 연주 경험을 살펴보고 삶의 만족도 증진을 위한 실천적 제안을 한 것에 의의가 있다. 추후 연구에서는 심리적 안녕감을 위한 연주 경험의 요인을 분석하고 영향력을 검증하는 연구가 수행되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to examine the relationship between adult amateur orchestra performance experience and psychological well-being. For this, survey was conducted on 165 members of adult amateur orchestra, and excluding insincere and other responses, 159 valid samples were used in final analysis. The results are as follows. First, the motivation for participating ‘I like music’ and period of participation for ‘more than 4 years’ were related perception of social and psychological function through the performance experience. Second, it was found that performance experience in personal aspect had a high correlation with ‘personal growth’. Third, it was found that performance experience in relational and social aspects had a high correlation with ‘environmental mastery’. Fourth, it was found that adult amateur orchestra performance experience was not related to ‘self acceptance’ of psychological well-being. This study examined the adult amateur orchestra performance experience which is related to the psychological well-being. Based on this, it is meaningful to present practical suggestion for improving life satisfaction. In future studies, it is expected that studies to analyze and verify the influence and factors of the performance experience for psychological well-being will be conducted.
