대학생의 팀 프로젝트 기반 학습에서 교수자의 피드백에 따른 실무역량과 기업가정신 변화 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 팀 프로젝트 기반 학습을 통해 대학생의 실무역량과 기업가정신에 나타나는 변화를 검증하고자 수행되었다. 특히 학습자 중심의 교수-학습에서는 교수자의 학습 촉진 역할이 중요하므로 교수자의 피드백 빈도에 따라 변화에 차이가 있는지 분석하였다. 가설검증을 위해 팀 프로젝트 기반 수업에 참여한 471명을 대상으로 사전-사후 실무역량과 기업가정신을 측정하여 분석하였다. 주요 분석결과로는 첫째, 팀 프로젝트 기반 학습에 참여한 학습자의 사후 실무역량과 기업가정신은 사전 점수에 비해 유의하게 향상되었다. 둘째, 교수자가 학습자에게 제공한 피드백 빈도에 따라 5개 집단으로 구분하고, 5개 집단 간 실무역량과 기업가정신의 사전-사후 변화 양상에 차이가 있는지 반복측정 분산분석으로 검증하였다. 그 결과, 실무역량과 기업가정신의 사전-사후 변화 양상에 집단 간 차이가 나타났다. 구체적으로 교수자의 피드백 제공이 거의 없는 집단에서는 사전-사후 실무역량과 기업가정신 변화가 유의하지 않았으나, 교수자의 피드백 제공이 많은 집단일수록 실무역량과 기업가정신의 사전-사후 향상 폭이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 의의와 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of team project-based learning for improving job competency and entrepreneurship. In addition, in learner-centered teaching-learning, it is important for instructors to facilitate students’ learning through providing feedbacks. Therefore, this study examined the changes in job competency and entrepreneurship according to the feedback frequency provided by instructors to students during the project-based learning. The scores of job competency and entrepreneurship were collected before and after the team project-based learning, and 471 students were divided into five group based on the frequency of instructors’ feedback. Paired t-test and repeated measures ANOVA were employed to test hypotheses. First, the results showed that there was a significant improvement students’ job competency and entrepreneurship after the team project-based learning. Second, there was a significant difference between the five groups in changes in job competency and entrepreneurship. Among five groups, students with no feedback and students with little feedback from their instructors did not show significant improvement in job competency and entrepreneurship. However, students who had frequent feedback from their instructors did show significant improvement in their job competency and entrepreneurship. Based on these findings, the significance and implications of this study were discussed.
