간호대학생의 멘토-멘티를 활용한 전공 교과목 학업성과 경험

국문 초록

본 연구는 멘토-멘티 프로그램이 간호대학생의 학업성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 서술적 조사연구이다. C대학 간호학과 2학년 중 해당 학기 중간고사 성적하위자를 대상으로 본 연구의 목적을 이해하고 자발적으로 연구에 동의한 17명을 대상으로 하였다. 멘토-멘티 프로그램은 총 6주 동안 진행되었으며, 학습자들의 요구도가 높은 3개의 교과목을 선정하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계와 T-test, Wilcoxon’s rank-sum test로 분석하였다. 멘토-멘티 프로그램에 참여한 학습자의 교과목1(t=-4.00, p<.001), 교과목2(t=-3.93, p<.001), 교과목3(t=-2.48, p=.013)이 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 멘토-멘티 프로그램이 학습자의 학업성취도 향상에 긍정적인 효과를 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 학습자들의 학업성취도를 높이기 위한 다양한 교과목의 확대 및 프로그램의 지속적인 운영방안에 노력이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study is a descriptive research study confirming the effect of mentor-mentee programs on the academic performance of nursing college students. This study was conducted for 17 students who were the second year of the College of Nursing, who understood the purpose of this study and voluntarily agreed to the study. The mentor-mentee program lasted for a of six weeks, and three subjects with high demand from learners were selected. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS/WIN 21.0 statistical program using statistics, T-test and Wilcoxon’s rank-sum test. For the learners who participated in the mentor-mentee program, subject 1 (t=-4.00, p<.001), subject 2(t=-3.93, p<.001), subject 3(t=-2.48, p=.013) It was statistically significant. It was confirmed that the mentor-mentee program had a positive effect on improving the academic achievement of learners. Therefore, it is necessary to expand the various subjects to increase the academic achievement of learners and to continuously work on the program.
