국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 그릿과 진로정체감의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하려는 것이다. 그릿과 자아탄력성은 서로 밀접한 관계가 있는 변인으로 알려졌으며, 이 변인들이 대학생의 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보려는 것이다. 이런 연구목적의 수행을 위해 연구대상자로 대학생이 선정되었으며, 위계적 회귀분석, 부트스트래핑, Sobel 검증이 실행되었다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 그릿, 자아탄력성과 진로정체감은 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 그릿은 자아탄력성과 진로정체감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 자아탄력성도 진로정체감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그릿은 자아탄력성을 통해 진로정체감에 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 대학생의 그릿과 진로정체감의 하위요인에 속하는 정서, 인지, 행동진로정체감의 관계에서도 자아탄력성이 모두 매개변인으로 작용하였다. 본 연구결과는 그릿이 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 데 있어 자아탄력성이 부분 매개역할을 하는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 대학생의 진로정체감을 확립하려면 그릿과 자아탄력성을 증진시키는 것이 도움이 될 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine that self-resiliency plays a role as a mediator in the relationship between Grit and career identity. Grit and self-resiliency are known as variables that are closely related to each other, and this study intend to examine whether these variables also affect college students career identity. In order to accomplish this purpose, college students were selected as subjects, and hierarchical regression, boot-strapping, and Sobel test were conducted. Based on the results, the following is discussed. First, there was a significant positive correlation between college students grit, self-resiliency and career identity. Second, the Grit of college students was found to have a significant effect on self-resiliency and career identity, and self-resiliency also had a significant effect on career identity. Grit indirectly influenced career identity through self-resiliency. The self-resiliency also acted as a mediating variable in the relationship between college students Grit and emotional, cognitive, and behavioral career identity, which is a sub-factor of career identity. Therefore, it may be helpful to promote Grit and self-resiliency to establish a career identity of college students.
