어머니의 역할지능과 자기분화가 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 어머니의 양육스트레스에 미치는 요인들을 살펴보기 위해 어머니의 역할지능과 자기분화의 영향을 분석하였다. 이는 아이의 성장과 발달을 도와주는 어머니 양육의 질을 향상시키기 위한 자료제공을 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 G광역시와 J에 거주하는 만 0세부터 만 5세의 어머니 450명이며 구조화 된 설문지를 사용하여 2020년 4월 15일부터 4월 25일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에 대한 결과는 어머니의 사회인구학적 특성에 따른 역할지능, 자기분화 및 양육스트레스는 모두 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 어머니의 역할지능과 양육스트레스는 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 자기분화와 양육스트레스는 유의미한 부적 상관관계를 보였으며, 역할지능 지각수준이 낮을수록 양육스트레스를 더 높게 지각을 하며, 자기분화 수준이 낮은 어머니일수록 양육스트레스를 더 높게 지각한다고 확인 되었다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the effects of mother s role intelligence and self-differentiation to examine factors affecting mother s parenting stress. The purpose of this is to provide data to improve the quality of nurturing mothers to help children grow and develop. The subjects of this study were 450 mothers aged 0 to 5 living in G-city and J, and data were collected from April 15 to April 25, 2020 using a structured questionnaire. Data processing was analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 program. The results of this study showed that the role intelligence, self-differentiation and parenting stress according to the mother s socio-demographic characteristics were all significantly different. In addition, the role intelligence and parenting stress of the mother showed a significant positive correlation, and the self-differentiation and parenting stress showed a significant negative correlation. It was confirmed that the lower the mother, the higher the perceived parenting stress.
