초등학생의 완벽주의와 스포츠자신감의 관계에서 성취목표성향의 조절효과 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 현재 스포츠에 참여하고 있는 초등학생을 대상으로 완벽주의 성향이 스포츠자신감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 또 두 변인의 관계에서 성취목표성향의 종류에 따라 조절효과는 어떻게 나타나는지 분석하기 위하여 실시되었다. 연구의 대상은 D광역시의 8개 초등학교에 재학중인 5, 6학년생 중 스포츠 활동에 참여하는 396명(남: 217, 여: 179)으로 선정하였으며, 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 완벽주의의 하위요인 모두 스포츠자신감에 유의한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기지향 완벽주의와 타인지향 완벽주의가 스포츠자신감에 미치는 영향 관계에서 과제목표성향의 조절효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 타인지향 완벽주의와 사회부과 완벽주의가 스포츠자신감에 미치는 영향 관계에서 자아목표성향의 조절효과가 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate how perfectionism affects sports confidence, and to analyze the moderating effect according to the type of achievement goal orientation in the relationship between the two variables. The participant of the study was a total of 396 students (male: 217, female: 179) in the 5th and 6th grades of 8 elementary schools located in D metropolitan city, and data were collected using survey. The data was analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 for exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. As a result of these analysis of data, the following findings were drawn. First, it was found that all of self-oriented perfectionism, other-oriented perfectionism, and socially prescribed perfectionism had significant positive effects on sports confidence. Second, the moderating effect of task-goal orientation was found in the relationship of the effects of self-oriented perfectionism and other-oriented perfectionism on sports confidence. Third, the moderating effect of self-goal orientation was found in the relationship of the effects of other-oriented perfectionism and socially prescribed perfectionism on sports confidence.
