국문 초록

본 연구는 태권도학과 재학생의 학습역량과 전공만족도 및 전공적응 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보고, 전공 학습특강 단/다회기 참여에 따른 다집단으로 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 2020년 2월부터 7월까지 이루어졌으며, 연구대상은 S대학교 태권도학과 재학생 150명이다. SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 다집단 구조방정식으로 분석하였다. 주요결과는 첫째, 측정모형은 적합했으며, 학습역량이 전공적응에 영향을 주는 과정에서 전공만족도가 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전공 학습특강 단/다회기 참여에 따른 다집단 분석결과, 다회기 참여 재학생이 단회기 참여 재학생에 비해 전공만족도가 전공적응에 강력한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 부분 조절효과가 입증되었다. 즉, 집합교육 특강 위주의 일회성 학습특강보다는 시리즈 학습특강이 전공관련 요인에 긍정적으로 영향을 주고 있음을 시사하는 것이다. 이러한 연구결과는 비교과 프로그램 운영의 내실화를 기하기 위한 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에 의의를 둘 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship among the learning ability, major satisfaction level and major adaptation of college students majoring in Taekwondo, and to analyze them according to single/multiple participation in special lectures on major by using a multi-group analysis. This study was conducted from February to July 2020, and the subjects of this study were 150 students in the Taekwondo department of S University. It was analyzed by the multi-group structural equation using the SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs. These are the main results. First, the measurement model was suitable, and the major satisfaction level mediated partially in the process of learning ability affecting the major adaptation. Second, the results of multi-group analysis based on the single/multiple participation of special lectures on major studies showed that the satisfaction level of major was more powerful in the students who participated in multiple sessions than those who participated in a single session, which proves the partial adjustment effect. In other words, it suggests that the series of special lectures are positively affecting the factors related to majors rather than one-time special lectures focused on collective education. These findings are meaningful in that they provide basic data for the internalization of extracurricular program operations.
