학부교육 질 개선을 위한 경기도 H대학교 대학교육혁신 모델 개발 방향에 관한 적절성 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 경기도 H대학교 대학교육혁신 모델 개발 방향을 탐색하는 것이 다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 교수-학습센터의 우수사례와 H대학교 현황을 분석 하였고, 이를 활용하여 잠정적인 경기도 H대학교 대학교육혁신 모델 개발 방향을 도출하였다. 최종적으로 두 차례에 걸친 전문가 델파이 조사를 통해 경기도 H대학교 대학교육혁신 모델 개발 방향을 구안하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 얻은 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경기도 H대학교 교수-학습 역량 질 관리 시스템을 절차, 영역, 세부내용 및 지표로 각각 구성하였다. 특히, 성과를 측정할 수 있는 지표로는 프로그램 개발 수, 참여율, 만족도 및 역량향상도로 구성하였다. 둘째, 경기도 H대학교 대학교 육혁신 모델 개발 방향 도출은 교수-학습 역량 질 관리 시스템과 연구개발 확산모형을 적용하여, 대학교육혁신 단계 모델과 H-맞춤형 대학혁신 모델 방향을 제안하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 학부교육의 질을 구성하는 개념과 내용 구인을 정립하는 데 이론적 근거를 마련해 주었으며, 향후 학부교육의 질적인 경쟁력을 담보할 수 있는 계기를 마련하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of developing a university education innovation model at H University in Gyeonggi-do. To achieve this goal, I analyzed excellent cases of center for Teaching & Learning and the circumstances of H university, and used them to derive potential direction for developing a university education innovation model at H University in Gyeonggi-do. Finally, the Delphi Survey, which I conducted twice by experts, looked for directions to develop a university education innovation model at H University in Gyeonggi Province. The results of the study obtained through this process are as follows: First, teaching - learning competency quality management system at H University in Gyeonggi-do is composed of procedures, areas, details and indicators. In particular, the number of program development, participation rate, satisfaction level, and competency improvement measures were used to measure performance. Second, the direction of developing a university education innovation model at H University in Gyeonggi-do proposed the university education innovation phase model and the H-personalized university innovation model by applying the teaching - learning quality management system and the R&D diffusion model. These findings are meaningful in that they provided a theoretical basis for establishing the concept and content of the quality of university education and provided an opportunity to ensure the qualitative competitiveness of the future education of the university.
