국문 초록

글쓰기를 개인의 인지 행위가 아니라 특정 담화공동체 내에 속한 필자와 독자가 텍스트를 매개로 대화해가는 과정으로 이해한다면, 글쓰기는 ‘필자-텍스트-독자-사회 역사적 맥락’의 네 축을 근거로 한 소통 과정이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 2014년도부터 현재까지 배재대학교에서 운영하고 있는 글쓰기 튜터링 프로그램의 핵심은 튜터가 1차 첨삭을 담당하고 학생이 튜터의 조언을 참고하여 자신이 작성한 글을 수정한 후 교수자가 2차 첨삭을 진행하는 긴 호흡의 과정에 있다. 글쓰기 튜터는 신입생의 글쓰기 과정에 적극적으로 개입하여 성실한 독자로 기능한다. 글쓰기 학습 자는 튜터의 첨삭을 참고하여 글을 수정하는 과정에서 자신의 내면의 목소리에 귀를 기울이고, 자신의 관점을 효과적으로 표현하는 방법에 대해 숙고하게 된다. 그리고 그를 통해 자신의 지적 사유에 기반한 글쓰기의 성공 경험을 획득하게 된다. ‘말 걸어 주기’에 기반한 튜터의 1차 첨삭과 체계적인 튜터 교육 프로그램의 마련, 이를 실천할수 있는 온라인 첨삭 시스템의 구축은 튜터와 튜티가 함께 성장해가는 대학 글쓰기 교육의 사례를 제공해준다.

영문 초록

If writing is understood not as an individual cognitive act but as a process by which the writer and reader within a particular discourse community communicate text by medium, it can be said that writing is a communication process based on the four axes of the writer-text-readers-social historical context . From this point of view, the core of the writing tutorial program operated at Pai Chai University from 2014 to the present is the long breathing process in which the professor proceeds with the second sharpening after the tutor is responsible for the first sharpening and the student has modified his own writing by referring to the advice of the tutor. The writing tutor actively intervenes in the writing process of new students and functions as a faithful reader. Writing learners will listen to their inner voice in the process of revising their writing by referring to the sharpening of the tutors, and ponder how to express their views effectively. And through this, they will gain successful experiences of writing based on their own intellectual reasons. The first step of the tutor based on talking about , and the systematic tutor education program, and the establishment of the online supplementary system that can practice it, provides a case of university writing education where the tutor and tutees grow together.
