국문 초록

본 연구는 대학의 이념, 목표 및 인재상을 반영한 S대학교의 핵심역량 진단시스템 구축 사례를 살펴 대학생 핵심역량 양성을 위한 핵심역량 진단시스템 구축의 시사점을 탐색하고자 한다. S대학교의 핵심역량 진단시스템 구축은 2015년부터 2017년에 걸쳐 핵심역량 모델링, 핵심역량 진단도구 개발, 온라인 핵심역량 진단시스템 구축의 3 단계를 거쳐 이루어졌다. 우선 역량모델링을 수행하여 핵심역량을 도출하였다. 다음으로 문헌조사와 인터뷰 실시, 예비조사와 본조사 실시, 수정 등을 거쳐 최종 104문항으로 구성된 핵심역량 진단도구가 개발되었다. 최종적으로 핵심역량 진단도구의 원활한 운영과 진단결과의 효과적인 피드백 제공을 위하여 온라인 핵심역량 진단시스템이 구축되고 핵심역량 진단 결과가 활용되었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 핵심역량 진단시 스템 구축의 시사점을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 핵심역량 진단시스템 구축에 대한 면밀한 검토는 역량기반 교육에 대한 문제점을 보완하고, 역량기반 교육의 내실화 관련 논의를 더욱 풍부하게 한다. S대학교의 핵심역량 진단시스템 구축은 역량기반 교육과정과 교육시스템으로의 변화에 일종의 촉매제 역할을 수행하였다. 핵심역량 진단시스템이 대학교육의 질적 개선에 있어 보다 실질적인 효과를 거두기 위해서는 모든 대학 구성원이 선정된 핵심역량과 개발된 핵심역량 진단시스템에 대해 충분히 인식하고, 역량기반 교육의 필요성에 대한 공감대가 형성되어 있는 것이 중요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study is to find out the implications of the core competency diagnostic system for undergraduates by examining the development and application of ‘S’ university s core competency diagnosis system. In order to construct a core competency diagnostic system for S university, first, competency modeling was performed and core competencies were derived. Next, a core competency diagnostic tool consisting of the final 104 items was developed through literature review, interview, preliminary investigation, main survey, and revision. An online core competency diagnosis system was established and the result of core competency diagnosis was utilized to provide effective feedback of the diagnosis result. Based on the results of this study, the implications of building a core competency diagnostic system are as follows. This study provided a platform for discussing the effectiveness of the core competency diagnostic system development and strengthening the analysis system of university education performance. In order to achieve a more substantive effect in improving the quality of college education and improving the quality of university education, all university members must fully recognize the core competency and core competency diagnosis system. A consensus on the necessity of competency based education among should be formed.
