음악교육·음악치료의 학문간 연계 연구 동향

국문 초록

본 연구는 음악교육과 음악치료의 학문을 연계한 연구의 동향을 분석하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 1997년부터 2018년까지 국내·국외 학술지에 게재된 총 33편의 학술논문을 대상으로 연대별 출판 현황, 학술지 분야별 연구, 연구 유형, 주제, 연구 방법, 연구 도구를 기준으로 내용분석을 하였다. 연구 결과, 국내와 국외에서 음악교육과 음악치료의 연계 연구가 음악교육학, 음악치료학, 예술치료, 특수교육, 장애 연구, 심리상담, 교육학 등 다양한 학술 분야에서 수행되었다. 연구 유형과 주제를 비교하면, 국내에서는 음악교수법이나 국악을 음악치료에 접목한 프로그램 개발 및 적용 연구가 주로 수행되었고, 국외에서는 음악교사와 음악치료사를 대상으로 특정 주제에 대한 인식이나 학문적 특성 비교 연구가 주로 수행되었다. 연구 방법과 사용된 연구 도구를 살펴보면, 국내에서는 프로그램 중재 효과를 알아보기 위해 표준화된 검사 도구를 사용한 양적 연구의 비율이 높았고, 국외에서는 학문에 대한 인식과 특성을 알아보기 위해 면담지를 사용한 조사 연구 비율이 높았다. 본 연구를 통해 국내· 국외에서 음악교육과 음악치료를 접목한 연구의 동향을 파악하고, 추후 연구가 필요한 주제 분야와 유형 및 방법에 대해 제안하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to perform a content analysis on 33 domestic and international journals from 1997 to 2018, in order to review interdisciplinary research trends of music education and music therapy. The framework of the content analysis was based on the year of publication, trends in research field, study subjects, research types, method and materials. The results showed that both domestic and international journals have increased recently and have conducted in various fields of music education, music therapy, arts therapy, special education, study of children with disability, psychological therapy and education. In the research type and subject, the study of music therapy program development using Orff, Dalcroze, Kodaly method or Korean traditional music for applying to educational and therapeutic fields was conducted frequently in domestic journals. In international journals, the study focused on comparative perception on music teacher and music therapist or the survey on academic intersections between music education and music therapy was conducted. With respect to method and materials, the quantitative research using standardized test was conducted mainly in order to examine the effectiveness of intervention programs in domestic study. While the survey research by interview was conducted much more frequently in international journals. This study recognized the value of interdisciplinary research approaches to music education and music therapy. Also, the results of this study suggested the future study subject, research type and method through the investigation of research trends.
