교사의 ICT활용교육 경험에 따른 유아 ICT활용교육 운영 실태

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아 교사의 ICT관련 교육 경험 현황을 조사하고 교육 경험에 따른 교사의 ICT활용교육 운영 실태를 조사․분석해 보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 인천 지역 유아교육기관의 만 3세에서 만 5세 학급 담당 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 위한 설문지는 유아 교사의 ICT활용교육 경험 관련 이론 및 선행연구, 교사면담을 토대로 유아 ICT활용교육 운영 실태 조사 설문 지를 수정, 보완한 후 예비조사를 거쳐 유아교육 전문가의 내용 타당도 검증을 받아 사용하였다. 유아 교사의 ICT활용교육 경험에 따른 유아 ICT활용교육 운영실태에 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위해서는 카이제곱(χ2) 검정을 실시하였으며 복수응답의 경우에는 다중응답분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 ICT활용교육 경험이 없는 교사가 많았으며 ICT활용교육을 경험한 교사들은 교과수업을 통해 ICT소양교육을 실기 수업 방식으로 교육 받았던 것으로 조사되었다. ICT교육 경험이 있는 교사들은 교육 경험이 없는 교사들에 비해 유아 스스로 문제를 탐색해 볼 수 있는 교육 환경을 구성해 주어야 한다고 인식하고 있지만 실제 교실에서의 운영 방식에서는 교육 경험이 없는 교사와 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이는 유아 교사를 대상으로 ICT활용능력 뿐 아니라 교사 스스로 ICT활용교육에 관한 신념을 형성하고 교수 전략을 구성해 나갈 수 있도록 교사 교육을 진행해야 함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current state of ICT education experience of early childhood teachers and to investigate and analyze the current status of ICT education. For this purpose, I conducted a questionnaire survey on the teachers of 3 - to 5 - year - old class teachers in early childhood education institutes in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon. The questionnaire for this study was revised and supplemented with the survey questionnaire on the operation status of ICT utilization education for young children based on the theories, prior studies and teacher interviews related to ICT use education experience by early childhood teachers. After the preliminary investigation, the validity of the content was verified by the early childhood education specialists. In order to find out if there is any difference in the operational status of infant ICT utilization education based on the experience of ICT utilization training by infant teachers, a chi-square test was conducted, and in the case of multiple responses, multiple response analysis was conducted. As a result, many teachers did not have experience using ICT. The teachers experience of using ICT by teachers was found to be using ICT literacy education through practical lessons. Teachers with experience in ICT recognize that they need to construct an educational environment that allows them to search for problems themselves, compared to teachers who do not have experience with education. In the actual classroom operation method, there was no difference from the teacher who had no education experience. This suggests that teachers should educate teachers to use their ICT skills as well as teachers beliefs about ICT education and construct teaching strategies.
