씨름수업에서 발현되는 초등교사의 교수유형 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교 씨름수업의 실제에서 발현되는 초등교사의 교수유형을 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 2017년 9월부터 2018년 3월까지 질적 사례 연구에 기초하여 교수유형 탐색에 다양한 경험과 현상들을 제시해 줄 수 있는 8명의 참여자를 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 기록지, 관찰 일지, 심층면담, 문서자료, 이메일 교환 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 사례 기록 분석과 귀납적 범주 분석에 따라 자료 분석이 이루어졌다. 자료의 진실성을 확보하기 위하여 구성원 간 검토와 동료 간 협의, 전문가 검토가 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 씨름수업에서 발현되는 초등교 사의 교수유형은 ‘협력적 조력자형’, ‘감성적 모범형’, ‘권위적 충실형’, ‘즉흥적 방임 형’으로 나타났다. 즉, 전문가와 동료에게 배운 전문성을 기반으로 놀이중심의 맞춤형 교육과정을 수립한 후, 촉진적인 설명과 단서 제시를 통해 개념을 발견하도록 하고, 학생들과 지속적으로 상호작용하며 소통하는 ‘협력적 조력자형’, 경험과 노하우를 통한 창의적인 교육과정을 수립한 후, 명확한 수행기준 제시와 질문을 통해 동작이나 개념을 습득 하도록 하고, 맞춤형 수업을 운영하며 학생들의 성차나 개인차를 고려하는 ‘감성적 모범형’, 형식적이고 소극적인 교육과정을 수립한 후, 권위적이고 획일적이며 개별적이고 독자적인 학습과제 수행과 효율성을 강조하는 ‘권위적 충실형’, 학습과제 확인 수준의 교육과정을 수립한 후, 즉흥적이고 임기 대응의 편의성과 방임적인 수업운영을 추구하는 ‘즉흥적 방임형’으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This purpose of this study was to explore on the beliefs teaching style of manifestation in Elementary Ssireum Classes. For this study, Data were gathered through participant observation, in-depth interview and documentation. A case record analysis and inductive category analysis were utilized to make a description, analysis and interpretation of the collected data to explore on the beliefs teaching style of manifestation in Elementary School. Triangulation and members check, peer debriefing were established for the trustworthiness of data. research results were the follows: A ‘collaborative helper’ who communicates with students, presenting thick enthusiasm and beliefs, facilitating explanations and clues, A ‘emotional model that emphasizes faith and model, presents clear performance standards, and learns actions and concepts through questions, ‘authoritarian loyalty that emphasize the performance and efficiency with Authoritarian & uniform, individual and independent learning tasks. ‘Improvised neglect’ which seeks improvisation and convenience of term response. The teaching styles based on various factors such as personal beliefs, teaching philosophy, and educational experience have a great influence on students understanding and performance of learning tasks, students participation in classes, class attitudes, and learning atmosphere.
