행복감 요소에 기초한 신체활동이 유아의 행복감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 행복감 요소에 기초한 신체활동이 유아의 행복감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 경기도 구리시에 위치한 R유치원의 유아 40명을 선정하였고, 연구도구는 유아 행복감 척도를 사용하였다. 연구절차는 예비연구, 교사훈련, 사전검사, 행복감 요소에 기초한 신체활동 구성 및 실시, 사후검사 순으로 이루어졌으며, 실험집단 유아들은 행복감 요소에 기초한 신체활동을, 비교집단 유아들은 실외 신체활동을 8주 동안 16회 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 두 집단의 동질성을 검증하기 위해 독립표본 t-검증을 실시하여 통계처리 하였으며, 행복감 요소에 기초한 신체활동의 사전 사후 변화량을 검증하기 위해 대응표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 행복감 요소에 기초한 신체활동이 유아의 행복감 증진에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 하위요소로 또래관계, 정서, 생활만족에 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 행복감 요소에 기초한 신체활동이 실외 신체활동보다 유아의 행복감을 증진시키는데 더 효과적인 교육방법 임을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of physical activity based on the element of happiness on children s happiness. The subjects of the study were 40 infants of kindergarten in Guri city, Gyeonggi - do. The research procedure consisted of preliminary research, teacher training, pre-test, physical activity composition and implementation based on element of euphoria, followed by follow-up test. The experimental group showed physical activity based on the element of happiness, Sixteen times during the week. The data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 program to verify the homogeneity of the two groups, and a t-test was conducted to verify the changes in pre-and post-physical activities based on the element of happiness. The results showed that physical activity based on the element of euphoria was effective in promoting the happiness of the infant. The sub-factors showed significant differences in peer relationship, emotion, life satisfaction. These results suggest that physical activity based on the element of happiness is a more effective educational method for promoting the happiness of young children than outdoor physical activity.
