간호대학생의 임상실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 감성지능, 전공만족도, 임상실습 만족도와의 관계를 파악하여임상실습 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. G시의 간호대학에 다니는 학생을 대상으로 하여 2018년 5월 한 달간 조사하여 210부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었으며 SPSS WIN 22.0을 통해 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 대상자의 임상실습 만족도와 감성지능(r=.325, p<.001), 임상실습 만족도와 셀프리더십(r=.389, p<.01), 임상실습 만족도와 전공만족도(r=.521, p<.01)는 유의한 양의 상관관계, 전공만족도와 셀프리더십(r=.295, p<.01), 셀프리더십과 감성지능(r=.689, p<.01), 감성지능과 전공만족도(r=.347, p<.001)는 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 간호대학생의 임상실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 셀프리더십(β=.267 p<.001), 전공만족도(β=.366 p<.001)로 나타났으며 모형의 설명력은 32%로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 대학생의 임상실습만족도를 높이기 위해서 셀프리더십, 전공만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 이루어져야 한다.

영문 초록

The Purpose of this study was to investigate self leadership, emotional intelligent, major satisfaction, satisfaction for clinical practice, and identify the influencing factors on satisfaction for clinical practice of nursing students. The data was collected using questionnaires from 210 university students who were 2 universities in Gwangju, May 2018. Data ware analyzed by using SPSS Win 22.0. There was a significant positive correlation between satisfaction for clinical practice and self leadership(r=.389, p<.01), clinical practice and emotional intelligent(r=.325, p<.001), clinical practice and major satisfaction(r=.521, p<.01). There was a significant positive correlation between major satisfaction and self leadership(r=.295, p<.01), self leadership and emotional intelligent(r=.689, p<.001), emotional intelligent and major satisfaction(r=.347, p<.001). The factors affecting the satisfaction of clinical practice of nursing students were self leadership (β=.267, p<.001), major satisfaction (β=.366, p<.001) and the explanatory power of the model was 32%. In this study, to improve the satisfaction of the clinical practice of the university students, the self leadership and the program which can improve the satisfaction of the major should be developed.
