간호대학생의 대인관계 능력 자아존중감 스마트폰 과다사용과의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 대인관계능력, 자아존중감과 스마트폰 과다사용과의 관계를 파악하기 위해 실시되었다. 충청북도 E군 소재의 간호대학생 264명을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 자료수집 하였다. 연구결과 자아존중감이 높을수록 대인관계 능력이 좋았으며, 스마트폰 과다사용을 할수록 자아존중감이 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 대인관계 능력은 스마트폰 사용시간, 스마트폰 한 달 사용요금에 대해 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 학교생활 만족도 ,아버지 관계형성 만족도, 어머니 관계형성 만족도, 친구와의 관계형성 만족도에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 회귀분석결과 간호대학생의 대인관계 능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 친구와의 관계 만족도, 학교생활 만족도, 자아 존중감이 이었다. 간호대학생의 대인관계 능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 자아존중감을 증진시키고, 스마트폰 사용 시간을 줄이고, 부모, 친구들과의 관계 형성을 증진시키기 위한 효율적인 관리와 중재가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigated the relationships among interpersonal relationship abilities, self-esteem, and overuse of smartphones in nursing students. It collected data through a questionnaire of 264 nursing students from E-gun, North Chungcheong Province. Research has shown that over use of smartphones has a statistically significant correlation with self-esteem. Self-esteem and interpersonal relationship abilities have statistically shown a static correlation. There were statistically significant differences in the smartphone usage time and monthly usage fee, and statistically significant differences in school life satisfaction, paternal relationship formation satisfaction, mother relationship satisfaction, and satisfaction with friends. The regression analysis shows that the factors affecting nursing college students interpersonal skills were satisfaction with friends, satisfaction with school life, and self-esteem, and that 24 percent of them explained. In order to improve the interpersonal relationship abilities of nursing students, effective management and intervention will be needed to enhance self-esteem and build relationships with parents and friends.
